I found the customer service was really good and any of the questions that were asked were given straight away or they were investigated and came back promptly.

Received 3 quotes from the company, each time they weren't able to honour the quote they had sent me . Eventually did order a car but then had issues getting the lease agreement. Representatives weren't able to assist.

I feel fortunate to have dealt with Karl Shakespear. Although I’ve decided to see out the remainder of my PCP agreement on this occasion, I will definitely be returning in the future. He was both hands on and, without doubt, one of the best salespeople I’ve dealt with. Open and transparent from the start, and provided all the right information to help me make an informed decision.

Karl was approachable, easy to speak to, and extremely knowledgeable about the process from beginning to end. His professionalism and guidance made the experience straightforward and positive throughout.

From starts to finish everything was smooth. Spoke to various people but Reece was first point of contact at sale stage. Every single person was polite and friendly. Gave me regular updates and they just took over. I plan to use them again once my current vehicles term ends simply because of the great service and easy process.

I have been kept fully informed during the whole of the ordering process. The team have always been available to answer all my queries and have responded with answers promptly. My van was delivered on time on the day arranged and I was notified of the time. The delivery driver was very polite and friendly. Everyone has been really helpful and the emails received have been very useful. They fully explain everything regarding the lease and the portal to log onto is simple and straight forward to use. I found FVL through a search on leasing.com when shopping for a car lease. I've never leased a car before but FVL made the process straightforward. Reece Barratt dealt with my arrangement and couldn't have been more helpful. I was pleased with the VFM provided too. Would use them again.

This was my first experience in using FVL. I used them because firstly the general overall reviews were positive and the pricing was very competitive. Georgina was a delight to work with - she was always open and honest in her communication with me. Unfortunately I missed out on the first car, due to the dealer not providing the spec anymore but in the end I ended up with a much better Spec Hyundai at a similar price. The process was easy and clear to follow. I would use FVL again - and if you do ask for Georgina !

Awful. Customer service and general management of lease was awful. Mislead and had to chase constantly for an update. I was mislead to believe car would arrive within desired time frame to hear 4 weeks after this date they didnt know where the car was, contrary to initial information they gave me. I ended up cancelling lease and went with a different company that was amazing and complete opposite!
I would not recommend. Caused a lot of hassle, stress and loss in wages.
