Great bike, excellent service
Firstly, Hugh Kelly in the Chelmsford store was super helpful in explaining the pros and cons of the various options we were exploring - he did a great job in helping us understand what was right for us, leading us to purchase this bike.
The delivery was quick and I had great communication. The bike was really well packaged had no issues with any damage.
The bike itself is really well made and feels solid - done a few workouts on it so far and its good - won't say I am enjoying it as its such hard work, but thats the point :)

Our experience was very good
Our experience was very good. Hugh was very knowledgeable about all of the equipment we discussed and ended up ordering. Helped us when we were debating between certain items and also patient with us. Will be returning to order more equipment when we need to.

Very helpful staff in shop
Very helpful staff in shop. They kept in touch with me via email & phone while I was still deciding. Delivery was quick, on time with very professional helpful delivery drivers . Glad we paid extra to have the multi gym built on delivery as the man did it brilliantly and we would never have been able to do it !

Bought Sole Treadmill and love it
I stopped by to look for a treadmill and was assisted by Hugh, who did a fantastic job walking us through the different models and their features. His expertise actually led us to choose a treadmill we hadn’t originally considered, and we couldn’t be happier with it! I highly recommend speaking with the team before making a purchase. To top it off, delivery only took a few days. Excellent service all around.

We went to the store in Chelmsford and from the very first step into the showroom we were impressed. The equipment was first class and then we met Ryan who provides excellent advice and demonstrations.
He organised everything including the installation.
