I'd been looking at buying my own spin…
I'd been looking at buying my own spin bike, for home, and saw the choice available online at Fitness Superstore. Wasn't sure which to buy, so when I saw they had a physical store to view the machines went along to the one in Trafford Park Manchester to have a look. Was greeted by James upon arrival, who led me through the options available and pricing. Definitely worth a visit. If you're considering a visit trust me there is NO HARD SELL which is always a bonus. I left very pleased with my purchase, knowing exactly what I'd bought and why and am now looking forward to the HARD WORK on the spin bike. Thank you James.

I visited the shop to enquire about treadmills. The expertise offered by Lee was brilliant. He offered objective advise on what treadmill would be best for me. No hard sales pitch - just friendly advice. He offered help with all aspects of the order process which made the experience enjoyable and hassle free. I highly recommend (plus the shop is in a great location too!)

elliptical cross trainer…
Purchased an elliptical cross trainer after dealing with James at the Snow Centre branch. Received lots of pre purchase advice, really helpful , friendly and extremely knowledgeable which was much needed as we really didn’t know where to start. Do call in and try the machines if you are considering some home equipment- no hard sell, just a friendly helpful team. Thank you!

Great service all around
We popped into the store today just to have a look at the treadmills and see what was available, with no real intention of buying one. We were greeted by Lee, who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He took the time to explain the different options without any pressure and helped us find the treadmill that was the best fit for what we needed.
Thanks to Lee’s advice and experience, what started as a quick browse turned into us buying a treadmill on the day. We’re really happy with our purchase and the whole experience. Excellent customer service from start to finish, and a real credit to the company. Thanks again, Lee!

Great Experience at Fitness Superstore
Lee was really helpful during our visit to Fitness Superstore. He took the time to answer our questions and gave us plenty of space to look at the treadmills without any pressure to make a purchase.
It was refreshing to browse and compare options at our own pace while knowing help was available if we needed it.
Friendly, knowledgeable service and a comfortable shopping experience. We'd definitely recommend visiting and speaking with Lee if you're looking for fitness equipment.
The delivery team were brilliant as well. They were friendly, professional, and very accommodating, making the whole delivery process smooth and stress-free. They took care when bringing the treadmill into the house and were happy to help with positioning it where I wanted it.

I had a fantastic experience ordering weights for my fitness studio. From start to finish, the customer service was excellent. Lee was incredibly responsive, always replying quickly to my emails and answering all of my questions clearly and thoroughly. He went out of his way to make the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Everything was explained clearly. I asked questions about a couple of products, and the responses were accurate and unbiased. Here's the great thing - I was listened to!
