Lovely store
Lovely store. Customer service was great from the man that worked there, really friendly and knowledgeable and I got a really great deal on Hex Dumbbells. I Would definitely recommend fitness superstore.

Great buying experience
Went to try gym bike similar to the life fitness ones in pure gym and was met by Nathan who after listening to my needs led me to a row of bikes without mentioning price just the features on them then said spend as much time trying them no hard sell time to reach my own decision. I asked about the one I felt most comfortable on a Sole with many good useful features. His knowledge of the product and company were enlightened so I purchased it with matt delivery installation all within an hour or so he has since emailed me to double check the delivery date. Nathan was a good knowledgeable person to deal with and not pressured to buy. 5star

Excellent service and communication
I was looking to buy an exercise bike and I spoke to Lee Dean over the phone. Lee sent me a link to several specific models which matched my requirements and I subsequently ordered one. I am not good with technology (pensioner) and Lee was very patient and helped me through the whole process right through to completion. Thankyou.

Amazing service from Lee at fitness superstore
We recently needed to order new gym equipment for our physiotherapy gym, and working with Lee made the entire process incredibly smooth. He was fantastic from start to finish — always quick to respond, proactive with updates, and great at finding suitable alternatives when needed.
Lee guided us through the purchasing and delivery process with real attention to detail, making sure everything arrived at a time that suited us and in the way we needed. His support took all the stress out of the experience.
