Great advice from a very knowledgeable member of staff called Justin. Spent plenty of time with me exploring what I wanted from a Treadmill and advised accordingly. Great experience.

Great service!
I went in initially and spoke to about Jack looking for some equipment for my home gym, he was so helpful and gave us lots of brilliant information. When we returned again Justin helped us sort out suitable flooring and matting for the home gym. With all this advice we decided to follow through and purchase from fitness superstore. Justin priced up the best options for us very quickly and we sorted everything that day. Great service all round from the Sheffield store.

Shop is packed with gym equipment and accessories that You can try to use. The young gentleman was very friendly and extremely helpful. Customer service was top level, straight away provided with the product I was looking for. I strongly recommend to visit shop You will have professional advice given regarding fitness equipment ect.

Customer service on point
Customer service on point. Had a nice conversation and very knowledgeable staff. We asked what was able to be taken away on the day and what was for the order delivery process. Was also told all machines were able to be tested before purchasing. Amazing shopping day.

I've been back into the Sheffield Fitness Superstore AGAIN for my next bit of kit (a dipping belt) and the service was as usual great, this time from Melanie. I'm sure I'll be back soon for even more kit. Highly recommend this store to anyone wanting fitness equipment at good prices and great customer service. Definitely FIVE STARS again.

Bicep Bar Dilemma

Our visit to the Sheffield store was a good experience. We were able to test the equipment before order. We purchased a Schwinn spinning bike. We was assisted by Rebecca who provided knowledgeable details of the options and was not pushy in anyway leaving us to test and make our own minds up. I was having problem with paying on the…
I was having problem with paying on the online website and I seem to have paid more than once. Melanie Sambrook assured me this was not the case and sent me a link to make the payment. It was informative and quick and I was assured that I will get the product and the payment will only go out once. She also kept an eye on it with a follow up email to reassure me.

Really helpful and welcoming.
I called before I went to make sure the treadmill I would like to see was available and spoke to Jack who was very helpful. When we got there Jack greeted us and was a great help in showing and explaining the treadmill I had picked. Before I went I was a bit nervous as I do not know much about treadmills and fitness and dident want to be confused by someone giving me a lot of technical information but Jack kept the information very easy to understand and I dident feel uncomfortable asking questions, we had a good chat as he sorted the order and we felt at ease the whole time. Thank you for making everyone feel welcome 😊

Very helpful & friendly. Lots of info about the spin bike I was interested in. Didn’t feel pressured at all.
I did drive to the store to try before you buy & was happy with the outcome.
Delivery was 5star & I love my Matrix spin bike at home.
