Watch has worked great. Had an initial delivery proble about insufficient postage. But they sent a replacement quickly. Also lost my charging cable on vacation. They also reply quickly to my inquiry. Watch has been very useful to check my health. Very satisfied

I had an issue with the app I was using with the GT5 Pro Max. I sent an email to customer servive and received a prompt reply from Miya with a helpful suggestion that resolved myissue.

I purchased the FitVII GT5 Pro Max about a year ago. The cost was very reasonable considering ALL the health and sports monitoring feathers it possesses. Glucose monitoring was very important to me. It's also very stylish. I do like the fact that you can go back two weeks and compare results to current results. They also respond to any issues you may encounter. I'm very happy and satisfied with my purchase.

Well-made watch, easy to set. The sensors aren't the most precise but once you compare them with more accurate devices you get used to the readings (which are usually a little higher than the actual ones). Overall, a positive review.

I give them a four-star because yes even though things might go a low sideways they have a fair and honest business practice doing everything that they possibly can to make it right and that says a lot that's all you can ask for none of us are perfect but we're all doing the best that we can and they are doing a great job at that so thank you Linda for your patience and professionalism in problem solving.

I bought a smartchwatch from fitvii (GT5 Pro Max). I have few things to write about:
- I recieved it on 13 March 2926. I have to wait sometime to receive it as it was the Chinese New year, which I was not aware about and it was not mentioned in their website. I am mentioning this point so other customers are aware to check for any long public holidays before they order and for companies to clearly mention that there will be delay of shipping if there is a public holiday.
- Customer care were helpful they explained well to me the reason of the delay. I do really appreciate their attitude and communication.
- I recieved the watch on 13 March 2026, but I tested recently. It was packed well. With 2 straps gift as promised in their site.
- The watch looks decent, comfortable and good responsive display.
- It has all the features mentioned in their website.
- the main features related to health, Temperature; fitness, heart rate, oxygen Saturation and others are working properly.
- The extra features ECG, Blood Glucose, Lipids profile and Uric acid. I can see that ECG looks well ( compared it with a previous ECG I had before). Blood pressure it doesn't give similar readings like the device I have at home (Omron)
While the blood tests, I am not sure because it has to be tested alongside with a proper hospital machines.
-All over, it is as they mentioned in their website. Price wise is acceptable. Features are good. Customer care communication is excellent.

I have only had my GP5 Promax for a little over a week and have found the following:
> electrode button has been a challenge to use
> even though I set my baselines in Hband app, the measures for glucose, blood pressure and cholesterol are suspect and do not track to my home tools and lab results, e.g. Glucose 132 on watch and 101 on accu-ck device. I assume there is a method to sync watch with other measurements.
> disappointed there is no Golf tracker

Otherwise, I am happy with wearability and looks of the GP5 Pro Max. I am still learning the capabilities of the watch. The results of the measures may not be as accurate as desired, but they give a relative measure to work around. I would appreciate method to sync-up my baselines.

Integrity! Is the best word to express my respect for FIVII watches. The response to questions and offering solutions have been really appreciated. And so I have been very impressed. As such, I no longer even consider any other manufacturer/supplier.

Based on the price compared to the FitVII GT5 Pro Max's competitors, I find the watch meets and exceeds my expectations.
The watch appears to be working without any problems so far. Quality of the construction and materials used superior to most.
I had a problem with the associated app so wrote to the customer service and a very nice person “Miya”
replied within 24hrs and directed me to another app which they are migrating toward which works much better, but it has limitations, the interface to Apple health for data interchange.
We had several email exchanges and customer service/support is very good so far. The after-sale support is important and they seem to exceed in this thus far.
When I pointed this out the limitations of the data exchange, I was told it is a work in progress for future releases of the app that they are working with the app developer to improve.
I cannot speak to Android users’ data exchange having an iPhone myself.
Interchanging the data with other health apps is for the moment is a bit handicap requiring manual entry for the moment. If you are serious about the information gathered by the watch
the app that collects and presents it to you is as important as the watch itself.
It is fairly accurate for Heart rate, Blood Pressure and Glucose were off until I followed the calibration methods, it is +/- 5% it will not replace the BP cuff or wonderful pin prick but lets me
know if the “glazed donut with coffee” sent my glucose through the roof or if running after my escaping dog put my heart rate and BP too high.
It has some other nice features like ECG, sleep analyses all using AI this from the APP
Overall I give it high marks, once the app issues are addressed they will certainly have one of the best products and best pricing available.

I have made a replacement claim and the process was hassle free and smooth. However the shipment fee was a bit high in my opinion.
Miya, the customer support was very helpful during the claim process.

HOW CAN WE GET SCREEN PROTECTION, MY WATCH LOOKS AWFUL

Fast and reliable delivery
Setup very easy
Design sleek and at par with other expensive watches
Set up with iPhone and subsequent synchronization very reliable
If you wear the watch continuously the BP reading are close enough to the BP cuff reading.
Blood sugar reading are hit and miss
You can get a overall reading
I would not rely on any BP or Blood sugar reading.
Excercise and workout parameters are easy to use and very good.
Overall a positive experience if you want to have more information about yourself- which is a good thing.
However have to be aware that the readings are not 100 percent indicating of your parameters

Watches arrived on time, worked as advertised.
Appears to be a good representation of health statistics. Good enough to allert of any changes then review with health professionals.

I have not used the watch yet, however I was really impressed with the feel of it. The watch feels like an expensive quality built watch. I will try and leave a review on how it performs later. However, very impressed on construction, weight and screen quality 👌! Beautiful!

Bien j'aime bien cette montre. Elle me convient parfaitement, c'est la première montre que j'ai comme ça. Je vous la recommande surtout pour ceux qui sont cardiaque comme moi, cela me permet aussi de voir les résultats de mon sommeil.

This is a great company. They work great with you. I ordered a watch and then decided the next day I wanted a different one. They said great we can do that and I told them which one and they changed my order so git the one I wanted. I asked about bands and they got right back to me. I asked several questions and they ways got back to me first thing in the morning. This is a great co.lany and I will order from them again. They are the best to work with. Thanks so much.

Aside from shipping being speedy the watch itself is fantastic. Once setup I have come to trust it's guidance and info each day. The watch and app go hand in hand to guide me to living a healthier lifestyle.

Had some problems with my Pro Max when I first got it and had a very hard time reaching customer support. I later found out that they were down for a while because of Holidays where they are. Once I got in contact with Customer Support (Lina) , they were very helpful and replied quickly. My problems have been corrected and I am very happy with their service. The watch for what it cost is all right and I like it.
