Booked an coulple of loads for Fitzmark; later fond the loads were posted for a higher rate. I delivered the first load, asked if I would be given that same rate on the remainder of my booked loads. It was granted. I COMPLETE THE LOADS. Once again FitzMark posted more load ms for a higher rate, I was able to move another, once delivered, I call about another posted load, was told by Austin Puckett, he would not honor the posted load to me; the only way I could book it, is if I ran it for the same as the last load; but not the posted rated. Puckett advised he would give it to anyone at that rate but me. Stated that I was rate gouging, for a rate he posted...lol

Had a really bad experience with broker Payne Stewart. We booked a load, and when our driver arrived at the shipper on Friday, he was told the load wouldn’t be ready until Monday. I contacted the broker, and it took them almost three hours to finally confirm that the load was indeed not ready.

The broker confirmed to me that TONU would be paid. Once my driver was already dispatched to another load and we had fully recovered from the delay, the broker called the driver 15–20 minutes after departure saying the original load was now ready and he could come back to pick it up.

From a professional standpoint, we cannot cancel a confirmed recovery load, as that could lead to a negative report. Because we refused to return to the original load, the broker then decided not to pay the TONU, claiming the load was ready and we didn’t want to pick it up.

This is extremely unprofessional behavior. I recommend avoiding booking loads with this company.
