Preordered food to be delivered 6pm to 6.15. 6pm came and went as did 6.15, ok delays happen I get that, called 5 bites at 6.35 to enquire about my order to be told by a polite lady that my order had left the kitchen and would be with me within 5 mins, fair enough. At 7pm I again called as my order had still not arrived and was told that there had been a system error and my order hadn't been received by them despite me getting a confirmation email mail. I was told they would get my order out or I could have a refund, I opted for the refund. 5 bites need to look at their system and maybe update it. To be fair to the lady I spoke to she was very polite and as helpful as she could be.
