Terwijl ik de rekening direct betaald heb
Telefonisch is dit bedrijf niet te bereiken bah wat een slecht bedrijf 😖

Fjellinjen have employed Collectia which is a dept-collecting office to collect toll at its customers. Unfortunately, Collectia has a suspicious reputation and exploit their position to cash in by pushing the payment conditions to what feels to be to the limit of fraud. Not a company one should hire to obtain a good customer relationship. Recommend to at least make agreement with Collectia of giving more than 14 days credit and demand that notice is given before adding fine in dunning letters, as Collectia is splitting up the original invoice into one letter for each Operator - each added a fine of 100 dkr. Collectia is a debt recovery firm and not trained as an invoice service bureau. I have appointed Fjellinjen only one star based on how they treat their customers when driving in payment for their services and not for their excellent roads.

Vanvittig praksis med at opkræve vejafgift fra Oslo via inkasso bureau, uden forudgående opkrævning. Er det lovligt?

Modtager en rykker på en faktura, som er fremsendt til e-boks, men ikke læst. Fjellinjen beder Collactia (som er inkassobureau) om straks at påføre rykkegebyr på 100,- på det oprindelige beløb på 97 kr. Lidt urimelig praksis i mine øjne!
