Great stay! Nice food and amazing cottage! Will certainly be back

Place was a dump. Rides are dated slow no food places. security thought they were the police. You want a tramps holiday this is the place. Wouldn’t go back if you paid me. Holiday lodge was basic. Bed was broken. Mattresses were something you buy out Argos for 80 quid. Horrendous sleep!

Visited today with the family. Park very untidy with rubbish lying around however kids had a good time. However on leaving the park at 5.50 (Park closed at 6.00) one of the kids was hungry so stopped at the food place at the exit. We were told no food was being served as the park closed at 6.00 even though we could see fries sitting on the warmer. We then opted for a bottle of pop and a packet of crisps and joined the queue to pay. However when we reached the counter we were told that the wouldn't serve us as it was 6.00 and they were closed. I dropped the money on the counter and walked out. If the food pla r was open later it could take a fortune as there were a lot of hungry people refused to be served. I won't be going back again as the customer service was diabolical and if I could give it no stars I would. Don't take hungry children to flamingo lanf

Our first and last visit to Flamingoland. Ridiculous queue times so we managed to get on one ride. The rubbish and litter not being cleaned up at the food outlets meant we were infested with wasps. We felt sorry for the staff who looked miserable, the majority appearing very young, inexperienced and in the main, unsupervised. Give this place a miss, there are loads of other places that appreciate your hard earned money and provide a far better customer experience.

The rides were good but the queue times were very long - mainly due to lack of carriages on the rides, fast track tickets taking up half the space and slow ride changeovers. We queued for two hours for the Hero ride with only two carriages working. Anyone would think this was intentional to encourage people to buy fast track tickets. This park could be so much better if the owners thought about the customers instead of profits.

The worst Sunday I can remember. Massive queues for hours for the bargain price of £200 for a family of four. We finally bought ‘q-busters’ for an extra £200, so £400 for the 4 of us, if we hadn’t we would manage one ride per hour. What a waste of time…great if you like queueing all day!

Honestly where do I start.This cesspit should be closed down.No locks on toilet or cubicle doors which resulted in a man walking in on my 11year old daughter who was naked,bar staff calling my wife a stupid cow,bags with toys stolen,3 hours to clean the caravan when we arrived,rides running at 50% capacity.
An absolute terrible experience.
The arcade attendants are told to position toys in claw machines where the claw can't actually reach.
Food outlets are disgusting.
My offer of compensation was to go back there with 25% discount.
I will never step foot in that horrible place ever again.
The management are nowhere to be seen.
This place is a health and safety hazard for kids in the leisure centre.
Please Please choose elsewhere.

well what can I say stayed at flamingo land from the 6th to the 13th of August, this was our 3rd holiday here and had a wonderful time, the weather helped enormously were able to go swimming every day bar. Would like to give a big shout-out to the manager of the Diner what a brilliant guy who went above and beyond to help with a slight problem my daughter had, the customer service from all employees was good. Would also like to mention the staff at the Metropolis who were all courteous and polite even under so much pressure when on one day there was a technical problem with orders reaching the kitchen, so there were around 20 to 30 orders behind they all stayed late to fill all customers orders so a big thank you. I looked at some of the comments about the camp being dirty and rubbish on the floors, well all I can say about that is there are enough bins dotted around the camp but people still drop their litter where they are standing so we are the problem, every day I saw people going around brushing up and with the number of people just dropping their litter it was a thankless task I felt sorry for them. Now onto the zoo and all the people who are concerned about animals in captivity and the space they have, these animals are not just there for us to look at, they are there because a lot of them are endangered and close to extinction caused by humans ( were not so nice are we ) poaching and taking over their habitat, they have nowhere to go so all you who think they should be released you are condemning them to certain death. They also have a breeding programme to build up their numbers, flamingo land at certain times have talks and tell you about the animals all free it's very educational. Told by security man to go round through queue intended to buy tickets on the day when we had already bought tickets online in advance and could have just gone straight to scanner which wasted 10 minutes.
Queues took ages due to only one carriage in operation on most rides. Took ages for staff to load people onto the ride.
Advertised queue times were incorrect. Said 15 minutes for the log flume yet it took 1 hour and 40 minutes
Lots of queue jumping.
People smoking and vaping around kids and people with asthma.
Rides themselves are very good, the new ride Sik is amazing.

The bar always the best place to be thanks to Harrison,leon, monty, Sean, shawshank and the others 🤩

There yesterday (9th August 2022) . Paid nearly £200 for five of us . Firstly a number of rides closed . Then queues were up to 85 minutes for certain rides . There for 6 hours and kids only managed to get on five rides .
Definitely not worth the money and wouldn’t go back . We could have paid another £50 to queue jump ( 5 rides only) .

Unable to book anything online; when we contacted them they told us we can only book over the telephone and no prics published anywhere... see other reviews; no staff, hardly any animals, most rides closed, park a mess... is this company about to go bust?? Lots of red flags here.

At £49 per person, you would expect this place to be on top form. You’d be wrong! Lots of rides closed due to low staff and maintenance, the park wasn't very clean, zoo had few animals (not sure where they all were?!) As a family of four (£200 to get in) we barely got on any rides as the queues were ridiculous. Most rides had one staff member operating it, meaning they had to do everything alone, resulting in longer changeovers getting one lot of customers off a ride and another lot on, doing safety checks etc. That should definitely be a two man job at least!

Tried to complain and they weren’t interested. Not even an apology! Poor customer service. The place has gone downhill.

Definitely not worth the money! I’ll be taking the family elsewhere next time!

Ridiculous queue lengths.... Rides constantly break down..... Priority to fast pass at the expense of non fast pass......no indication of queue lengths (apart from Sik which said 5mins and it was more like an hour). Forty quid each for three rides..... Terrible.

Visited 29/07/2022 The Zoo was upsetting! Large ((wild)) animals like Cheetahs, Tigers, Lions live in tiny enclosures. Heartbreaking that they're saved from extinction to live in the torture of 'money-making' captivity!

Would recommend Flamingo Land 100 per cent, we’ve been coming for 30 years and always loved it. Last year when we came we weren’t happy with it, nothing open etc and food places weren’t great. However this year, it’s back with a bang, Chinese is lush, gourmet chicken boxes are lush and the hot dogs are amazing. Definitely upped there game! The new ride is amazing, hardly any queues for the rides. We’ve had an amazing weekend

We just had two weeks here, kids loved it,
My only complaint is that a lot of rides kept breaking down or weren’t on, my older kids were desperately wanting to go on flip flop but it was off the whole two weeks, they need to put more money into fixing the rides, or employ more staff so that all the rides were running.
Most of the staff were excellent however manager of diner was very rude!!!

Next to nothing was open. Hardly any restaurant outlets and nothing after 5pm. The email says 4pm but in person we were told 5pm. They said they would call as soon as the room was ready and they didn’t. It was booked for 3 nights and we had no toilet paper between 4 of us. The shop shut at 6 giving us an hour to realise and buy some. We didn’t realise until gone 8 after we had gotten Chinese from the 1 of 2 only food stalls open. Coincidentally 4 hours later all of us became really unwell. Then people leaving caravans started screaming and making so much noise at 11:30pm which is just what you want when you’re throwing your guts up.

I came home on the first night. I was so unwell I haven’t picked my phone up since I left. This review is the first thing Iv managed to do. No toilet paper. No soap. No cold running water. Jelly beans, lipstick and balls, under our bed. Absolutely shocking for £800+. Never again. Ever. No welcome pack either with information. Probably because they have nothing to offer. Staff as useful as a wet paper bag.

Went last week, absolute waste of money. No hot food or drink available at any of the food outlets. Many rides closed due to 'maintenance' apparently. Left early. Have complained and received no response from them at all. The reviews speak for themselves with 83% of people not returning!
