Flashaholics レビュー

Great item at a good price.

Sellers communications were excellent and the item arrived quickly.

How it should be.

I had an excellent experience ordering from this company. Delivery was fast, and the payment process was easy and secure. Their prices were better than other retailers, and I prefer supporting smaller UK-based businesses. My order arrived well-packed with packing peanuts, ensuring the item was protected, and it was in pristine condition. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a free keyring torch as a gift.

Lastly, I contacted customer service regarding an issue, and they responded promptly, politely, and thoroughly. Safe to say, I won’t be shopping anywhere else in the future. Highly recommended!

Clear communication following purchase. Quick delivery.

I ordered an Acebeam L35 2.0 torch, it arrived the next working day. The torch quality is excellent. I also have a rather nice Convoy M21F which is much cheaper and comparable, but it lacks the waterproofing and does not accept protected batteries which I prefer. The Acebeam was a luxury financed by selling some unused torches. It will serve me well for walking at night in the countryside.

Of course I recommend this dealer. And the price was cheaper than elsewhere.

Great customer service and communication, would rate 10 stars if I could.

Very quick delivery. Carefully wrapped packaging.

Very good seller

Brilliant service from Flashaholics.

Product arrived promptly after a very easy transaction. Product is exactly as described and in perfect condition.

It was an easy process. Lowest price and fast delivery.

Flashaholics provides torches of much better quality than you will get in DIY stores, including some models that are virtually impossible to get anywhere else in the UK. Always great service.

Very good company, customer care is very good. Fast shipping!

my first purchase from Flashaholics brought some scraper blades great price and arrived next day , nice straight forward transaction will definitely be using them again.

Fast safe postage. Item was sent tracked, would have been nice to have been given the tracking number, but it turned up next day so hey ho.

Flashaholics is one of the first UK web shops to carry just released, new models of flashlights.

Great product and fab customer service from Antony. Had a little hiccup with royal mail (no fault of flashaholics) and when I contacted flashaholic they were more than willing to
