Texas Toothpick or delicate Wharncliffe

Firstly, this was a really fast delivery so thank you all at Flashaholics and also firstly :) this little knife is really lovely.
The CRKT Flatout is a very slender in hand modern kind of Texas Toothpick or maybe a delicate Wharncliffe the only niggle is that on the front of the knife at the point where the locking part of the frame lock meets the blade, that part of the scale is not chamfered and is rather sharp to the touch. Just a little section but it lets down the feel of the knife overall. Maybe mine was the Friday afternoon one and yes I will more than likely smooth it out myself but...
It is a lovely little knife that would excel in fine detail work and general everyday cutting, the assisted opening is certainly good enough but I wonder about the longevity of the mechanism and if spares are available. On a final note CRKT just start using some better steels as options for those who like more than just 8CR13MOV maybe some 14C28N or VG10, D2?!
