Catrina, the agent who took my call, was absolutely brilliant. All queries answered sensibly, with knowledge and immediately put me at my ease. The confirmation info came promptly for the tickets bought and when the flight was cancelled Catrina sorted everything swiftly with no drama. Follow up notifications and date reminders were all timely. I have no problem about recommending Catrina and flight centre and will definitely use them again

We have used Flight Centre at Kingston for a number of years. The staff are great, especially Catrina. Very knowledgeable, with good ideas and advice. Also easy, seamless communication with the option to speak in person if required. We will definitely book with Catrina and Flight Centre next year.

We had a wonderful trip, which took in Singapore, Australia, Fiji and LA. Flights, land and sea transfers, car hire, and some of the hotels were all booked by Catrina. All arrangements worked perfectly, and when we did have queries, Catrina responded quickly both before and during the trip. An excellent service which I would recommend. Thankyou Catrina.

I used Flight Centre for our multi-leg trip to Australia and New Zealand via Singapore. Chris our travel agent made the process so stress-free and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend using Flight Centre, it was like having our own personal travel agent and they were very competitive on price too!

We were provided with fantastic customer service by Celeste Amadeo- Davies who put together a great three week itinerary to S. Africa at short notice. It wasn't straightforward and we requested a number of changes. However Celeste was extremely efficient and professional in responding. No hesitation in recommending Flight Centre and Celeste.

He was extremely helpful in planning my trip to Amsterdam, taking the time to explain options and make sure everything suited my needs. The service was friendly, professional, and stress-free. We recently booked a last minute trip to New Zealand and cost was a big factor as travel was over a busy period. Catrina was really helpful in looking for the best available option for us and gave us some great advice regarding visas and stopovers. She also prebooked our seats and arranged child meals for my kids. I would definitely use Catrina and Flight centre again for any future travel.

We have used Flight Centre on a number of occasions previously and have never been disappointed. Catrina has helped us previously with a booking to India which we were unable to complete for medical reasons and Catrina was a complete star in helping us get all our money back from the airline. With our latest booking we again asked Catrina to put the flights together as it was not a straightforward journey and she managed to get us the best price and meet all our requirements of timings and seats. The
journeys all went smoothly and connection times worked very well. Catrina was always happy to help with queries , advice and deal with any proposed changes before we finalised the flight schedules. Highly recommend the service.

It was a joy booking a late holiday break at the kingston flight centre. I booked a late Thailand get away with Catrina in the office, it was a relaxed, friendly and informative meeting, after collecting the info went for a coffee and returned to confirm booking with a few tweeks. Would definitely recommend the Fight Centre in Kingston. Easy process, clear and assured booking.
