I had the most amazing trip to Dominica. It was a pilgrimage to visit the land of my father who died 20 years, just before we were supposed to make the journey together.
The help, advice and guidance I received from Hector at the Flight centre was probably the tenderest care I have experienced in customer service, ever. When I recount the incredible trip to friends and family, I also mention Hector and how he held this important experience for me with such care and respect. I trusted the itinerary that he set out for me, which meant that I got to stay at the beach, in the jungle, the rainforest and the city on this incredibly beautiful island. The whole thing was so much more than I expected it to be.
I'm really excited to be returning to Dominica with my husband next year and feel safe in the hands of Hector organising this for me.

My wife and I have been Flight Centre clients for nearly a decade, mainly working with Rob Pyle; now the manager at the new Mayfair office, and the service has always been excellent. Rob’s knowledge and professionalism mean we get sensible, well‑thought‑out advice on flights, accommodation and transfers. He’s patient, practical and always ready with alternatives to keep trips cost‑effective and stress‑free.

We’re seasoned travellers, having lived in around 15 countries and visited most corners of the world, so we do book some of our own European trips. But we still strongly recommend Flight Centre. Their prices are very competitive, and while they take a commission, it’s absolutely worth it.

Dealing with Elliot and the team has been beyond a pleasure. The exceptional Awesome service has got me convinced that there is only one place to deal with my travels in the future. The personal touches of an email wishing you safe travels, returns etc just makes it all better than any other service provider. SHOUT OUT, KUDOS AND WELL DONE GUTS. WArc

Sophie was excellent , not only in assisting us with our original booking, but she also went over and above the call of duty and went the extra mile to help in our recent short flight one too. We would have no hesitation in booking again with the Flight Centre and there is only one person we will ask for when we do.

2 days before I was due to fly with Emirates via Dubai to New Zealand where I was due to see my family, I had to abandon the journey due to the war. I was prepared for not being able to do the trip at all, but I called Flight Centre and spoke with Elliot who went to such a lot of time and trouble to try and find me an affordable trip going via the USA, and thanks to his perseverance and patience he did just that. I'm very grateful and will arrange any long trips in the future with Flight Centre.

Sophie, did a lot of work to produce an excellent itinerary for our ski trip to Japan including bullet train reservations.

I would happily ask her to book other ski trips for me. ( I didn’t realise that flight centre offered such comprehensive services)

Elliott was great.
When our flight got cancelled due to the middle east conflict, Elliott reassured us that he had helped other people in our situation and was able to help sort out flights back. I can't recommend flight centre enough.

Kirsty was fantastic from the very first call. She found us an excellent deal perfectly suited to travelling with young children, keeping layovers to a minimum. Elliot then seamlessly took over to guide us through the booking, making sure we had everything we needed. A genuinely brilliant experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Hector was very helpful and efficient and dealt with all my queries courteously and with good humour.

I have used flight centre primarily for my complex business travel requirements and most recently to organise my personal travel for a special birthday treat.

On all occasions of my interactions with Flight Centre, they have been able to present a travel plan as needed. With my birthday travel Elliot made every effort to put together a package just through what initially felt like a casual chat. Through this he gathered information presenting a plan and suggestions on how to get the most out of it. I’m very excited to go.

Just great service from FlightCentre, especially Sophie Whitham. We were scheduled to fly home via Qatar - before the flight got officially cancelled, Sophie was looking at options and holding flights in an exceptionally volatile environment. Then when official cancellation came, she responded super quickly and secured the best route home. Net-net she was very proactive and really went the extra mile, down to using WhatsApp when comms were tricky. So appreciative

Sophie my travel agent was amazing. Really helped with my initial book and when flight disruptions were looking likely went the extra mile on hold with airlines to get me a safe route without costing me a fortune. Great service and hard working.

Elliot was absolutely excellent in helping me book an urgent flight. From the moment I contacted him, he was extremely efficient, responsive and professional. He understood the urgency of the situation and worked quickly to find the best possible route and options.

What really stood out was his calm, helpful approach and how smoothly he handled everything from start to finish. In what was quite a stressful situation for us, Elliot made the whole process much easier.

Working with Sophie Witham was seamless in that she accurately understood our required itinerary, and despite our constant request for changes, she managed to offer guidance on the best timings, routes and travel classes.

I booked a ticket to Kenya, South Africa and Zambia returning from Zimbabwe. Sahela was very helpful and patient on the phone discussed various options and changes of dates and in the end got the flights i needed. At a good price. She was friendly polite and helpful.
