I cannot recommend Matthew J from flight centre highly enough. He was exceptionally responsive, navigating multiple flight changes to ensure I got the best possible price for my recent international trip with two children and trying to sort out the best seats - which was impossible for me to sort directly with the airline. What really set him apart was the proactive support and his patience for my multiple requests. He sent reminders for seat bookings and even offered to handle them for me (which he did!) plus sending reminders to me about visa applications (very useful). Even when we missed a connecting flight, Matthew reached out to offer his apologies and support, including securing a refund for me. Truly outstanding and exceptional customer service that went above and beyond. Thank you so much Matthew!

Melanie was absolutely lovely - really helpful in getting us some options tailored to our specific needs. Her communication was prompt and clear and I would definitely go back to her again!

I’m so glad I picked up the phone and found Amy Burns at Romford. Amy helped us find flights to take us from Italy to Bangkok and then back to Heathrow. Amy looked at different options and found one that looks great. Quick emails and timely phone calls made the customer service 5 star. Can’t wait for my holiday!

Mathew Johnson made my experience great. I booked flights at short notice to Perth and New Zealand and he went the extra mile to assist me with flight options at same time as me changing dates a few times, check my luggage booked through, look for window seats, advise me on visa. Very prompt replies and follow up. . Reece Clifford assisted with Mathew was off and was equally pleasant to work with. Well done and a big thank you from me. Great Service and assistance is the differentiator for me.

This is a big shout out to Sophie. Patient and understanding with planning flights, accommodation and cruise. Not once did she get frustrated with my going back and forth with a party of 9 people, all with different requests, budgets and wish lists.

Reece was super helpful with helping us book our trip. He had to go backwards and forwards to the trip suppliers multiple times due to changes but was very proactive and positive in his approach! I hope to do another review post the trip and give 5 stars 🌟 … although to date I would give his service 5 stars 🌟

I recently contacted Flight Centre to look at organising a flight to Australia. I regularly make my own bookings for this trip which I have done many times before but decided to see what professional assistance was like. The agent I talked to was Amy Burns and she quickly found out what I required and then got to work on a few options. She contacted me back within an hour with options on dates and airlines. There was a very good deal on Qantas over the period that I wanted to travel so Amy put it on hold for 72 hours whilst I reviewed the option. I contacted Amy back and we decided to go with the deal and she then went away to book it. I would like to say that throughout Amy was excellent with a positive attitude and great assistance. The follow up documents and information have been superb and has certainly made the travel arrangements much easier. Overall I’m very happy I have gone with Flight Centre to arrange the trip and also with Amy for being very easy to work with and very efficient throughout.

Sophie is amazing and lovely. Really tried to get me everything I wanted. Will definitely call on her again in the future

Amy is knowledgeable and friendly but I have had to shelve travel plans for NZ for now unfortunately due to personal reasons. I hope to be able to travel there in 2027.

Melanie could not have been more helpful in booking exactly what we required, our booking experience was seamless. unfortunately due to ill health we have had to cancel our holiday and again Melanie made it as simple as possible, reducing our stress and was so professional.
