From beginning to the end, Michelle made our entire vacation an unforgettable experience. From when we started planing and contacted her to the point we settled all cost.

Her level of professionalism was explicit throughout, always keeping us informed and making sure we are always happy with the process.

Thanks to her once again , we had one of the most amazing vacation. I will always recommend to family and friends and colleagues.

Unethical business. We paid upfront for a hire car in France. None of the documentation stated Debit Cards coils not be used. We arrived in France and were denied a vehicle.

We managed to get a vehicle through another provider but Flight Centre would not give us a refund. Their agent Rachel Naidoo was rude and unprofessional.

I attempted legal action but was told ti go through an Ombadsman but my mum took ill and I wasn't able to continue.

I will see if there's a statute of limitation.

Great experience, friendly stuff nd very patient

Ayanda Hlongwa was our assistant. An exceptionally pleasant individual who went out of her way to accommodate us. She personally called us with updates etc. Will definitely use Flight Centre for all our travels

Tavyn very kindly and skilfully spent the better part of a full Saturday in about October 2024 helping me organise flights for my daughter and her family, from Brisbane, Australia to Johannesburg. It was very difficult trying yo accommodate the family's wishes and flight availability over the Christmas period, but Tavyn did a great job
