I don’t usually write reviews but wanted to make sure that Sheena from the online support team hopefully gets the credit she deserves. I made a silly mistake regarding my name being spelled differently on a ticket as opposed to my passport. The airline would not change the ticket and I ended up buying a new one. For the last two weeks Sheena has literally done everything to rectify the situation, going between myself and the airline. Her friendliness and professionalism was wonderful. I hope Flight Centre appreciates the wonderful employee that they have. She deserves more than five stars !

14.3.2026 Ms. Jayde Berry (from the Flight Center office at Sydney Airport) created tickets and specific seats for the Adelaide-Sydney-Shanghai-Budapest flight for me and my wife. It was a combination of Qantas + China Eastern Airlines. I myself had a problem securing tickets through China Eastern Airlines, as their website was not functional for me. Jayde Berry was very kind, willing and fulfilled all my related wishes with the creation and printing of tickets and specific seats. It was a great help for me, because at that time there was a problem with booking flights, due to problems with airports in the Middle East. Once again, many thanks for the care from Jayde Berry. Please thank her and I believe that you have more such great people ...

Very friendly and professional approach to help put together a travel plan. Our ideas were listened to and suggestions made. The travel decisions were always ours to make and respected by our advisor. The big advantage of having all bookings managed by Flight Centre is that if plans unexpectedly change while travelling there is a reliable fallback to make necessary changes.

I wanted a return trip to London a couple of weeks after the war in the middle east had broken out. It was for a funeral so I desperately wanted to find a way back. Flights were extremely limited and expensive and it was hard to get anything not going through the middle east. Tyler, my travel consultant went out of his way to help spending long times looking at options and giving me lots of phone call updates. He did manage to secure me a flight that ended up going very smoothly. If I had tried to do this myself, I would have had to give up thinking there were no avilable flights.

I rang Flight Centre and was put thru to Jadyn. He was friendly and helpful. He asked a few questions and had my flights booked within minutes at a good price .explained everything I needed to know . It was very easy .

After booked the trips and been ignored when we need help. phonecalls n the email even went to the centre office.... very very disappointed for the service.
