I had a wonderful experience with Melandri Olivier at Flight Centre at The Grove in Pretoria. She assisted me with booking a flight to Zürich, Switzerland so that I can visit one of my daughters, and she went the extra mile to find the best flight option with a 20-hour layover in Amsterdam. This allows me to also spend time with my other daughter who works there, which means a lot to me.
