I booked a roundtrip flight for a great price, but was later contacted and told the quoted fare was no longer available, so I had to agree to a higher (still discounted) price. They said I’d get my Southwest boarding pass 24 hours before departure. After a long, stressful ordeal, I finally got my boarding pass for the outbound trip. The return was a different story—though they sent me a ticket, when I tried to board, I was told it had been canceled and refunded to an unknown credit card. I ended up paying double—$533—for a one-way ticket home because the company wasn’t responding.
