Faulty service. Damage or rejected product are deliver giving discount.

Delivery date pushed to future dates, This is the sixth time happening to me. I am really frustrated with the delivery of Flipkart and stopped using this worst application. There is an issue with the delivery all the time and they keep delaying things. Customer care is the worst part again. They will always say SORRY and they never rectify the issue. Finally quitting this worst application

Very bad customer care. Someone is waiting for 45minutes to receive the order and nobody is taking responsibility or initiative from customer care call centre.

Very poor & bad service get from Flipkart. Flipkart doesn’t value the customer. I was order mobile on date 13th Feb with next day delivery showing on side but after waiting for 3 days for delivery Flipkart suddenly cancelled my order. I experienced fake commitment / bad behaviour from Flipkart

Ridiculous this is I am removing the app now from years I have been regular to flipkart but now they have started charging for returning the item 50 rp every product now even if they are sending bad quality product they know they will charge disappointed and sad to know

No good customer support,
it says always " all channels are busy". 24 / 7.
Does that mean, customer should keep all his things shut and wait until you wake up and support?
How long you expect your customer to wait?
Customer will look for alternatives , you are making way to look for other options , by telling you are unfit to support, please go to others

All your income come from customer business, you are in mercy of customer, at least you know this?
Once you lose customer, it's for ever.
You can't make damage control.

YouvShould have kept message drop option open or call back option, instead saying all channel are busy.

If they don't have common sense, better close business, let customer move to better people company.

I ve had the worst experiences with this e-commerce portal. Flipkart as well as their delivery parter E-Kart are the worst professionals I have come across. I ordered a phone which had a delivery date after four days. On the day of delivery, I received a message that they have received a rejection request. I was asked to confirm whether I would like to cancel the order or still go ahead with the delivery. I chose the latter since I wanted the delivery and I had never rejected the delivery in first place. However, after some time i again received a ivr call stating the same regarding rejection request. No matter how many times you give your answer as to willingness for receiving the order, they did not deliver eventually. It is a treacherous loop and it never ends till you have no option left but to cancel the order and ask for a refund. To add to the misery further, they will refund your money in their own sweet time ( which they professionally say as 7-10 business days). It is a trick that these professionals are playing now. Take orders, take money, never deliver, keep procrastinating delivery till the customer cancels it and finally keep the customers hard earned money and return in your own time. Seeing their professional values and treacherous modus-operandi i am sure they are on to their decline. All ordering from Flipkart now, Please beware.

Flipkart service and customer support have not proper management and not have any TAT policy regarding product delivery. With all of these customers have to suffer and there is no any recovery policy bearing losses by customer.
