Flocksy is a pleasant constant in my day! Their designers and videographers create all my ad, website design, and video content, and they do it all beautifully!

I was in the process of still getting my business up and started when I found Flocksy, and I'm so happy I did. They have made getting branding and marketing material for my cleaning business so easy. I was initially hesitant about committing to a monthly subscription while my business wasn't even up and running, but Flocksy's services have proven to be invaluable. John, my designer, did an amazing logo that is exactly what I wanted and more. If you haven't experienced Flocksy's services yet, I highly recommend giving them a try – you won't be disappointed

I initially was excited to work with Flocksy. I was even featured in their marketing ( although that turned into a whole mess as one person offered one thing when really it was another) Feb was a disaster, I went back and forth multiple times repeating myself again and again. No one acknowledged what I was saying and even worse painted me out to be difficult when I requested staff to acknowledge the back and forth as well as communication barriers. The project managers really do not project manage they simple answer questions posed to them. My project manager Brooke lied to customer service about issues I was having telling them everything was fine even though I repeatedly would review the issues with her. If gaslight were a graphic design company this would be it. I then needed to change my payment date to which they wanted to charge me an addition $400 on top of the $1994 monthly fee I was paying while also missing deadlines and gaslighting my concerns. It wasn’t about he money but rather the acknowledgment of the issues. All staff refused, then in communication tells me that we are not a good fit and wanted to give me 24 hrs to remove almost 500 design projects from their system. Not only that they refuse to communicate with me so now they pretty much left my designs undone, abruptly canceled my account, and pretending like their service was fine and I was the problem for speaking up. I provide clear instructions but if they have someone who does not speak fluent English they ignore it. I’ve never seen a company lack customer service, emotional intelligence, and lack acknowledgment over a customers concern. Do not go with Flocksy if you can help it. They will leave you frustrated and waste your time and money.

I have had a great experience with Flocksy! Having a Project Manager to be my liason to the various teams and guide me has been instrumental. Not to mention the talent I get to work with blows anything I could do out of the water. I also gave pretty specific ideas of what I wanted and we quickly found those folks. There were one or two that I didn't jive with but letting my Project Manager know and we tried someone else. Now I have a great team!

Flocksy does impressive work. I've used other subscription-based graphic design companies but the quality of the work was lacking. Flocksy designers are talented and professional. Would definitely recommend their services.

Better than other service providers we've tried so far. The quality of the work is spectacular. To top it all off, you're assigned a project manager, so if you have any issues with the submitted work, you can directly address your concerns (no more fiddling around with customer support!)

We're about 20 days into our first month with Flocksy, and the experience has been fantastic! Our project manager, Brooke, is on top of everything and always available to answer any questions. We have used a similar company in the past and didn't have the best experience, so I was hesitant about Flocksy. I'm happy to say that everything has been stellar. We've sent them projects for ad design, email templates, video editing, website development, and more, and each one has turned out great and has been delivered on time or sooner, saving our team over 40 hours of work so far.

It does take a little bit to understand how the creatives work on projects as they're often juggling several different projects all with fast turnaround times, but once you understand how they work, you can plan accordingly.

You also get out of it what you put in. The creatives we've worked with have all been fantastic, but if you don't provide clear direction and specifics of what you want, the work might not be exactly what you had in mind. However, the creatives are more than happy to take constructive criticism and make the revisions needed.

Overall, our experience with Flocksy has been great! Highly recommend them!

Flocksy has upleveled production for our team giving us much greater capacity. They are easy to work with, and the results have been fantastic.

Flocksy is an effective graphics design platform. It's not superior to having a dedicated designer, but it's a good next best option. You will work with multiple designers, so getting continuity takes some effort. But the platform is fairly well designed. It works best for one-off projects where your branding can allow for flexibility.

Flocksy has been a great addition to our team! they are reliable, always meet their deadline, and ask all the right questions. Getting social graphics, videos and blogs written in a day has been a game changer. Now we are overdelivering for clients and hitting all our deadlines. I've tried other similar services and what I like the most about Flocksy compared to the others is the dedicated Account Rep we have and the platform itself. Its so easy to use, build a que, access previous deliverables and use brand buckets.
