Flowers ordered for Mother's Day was NOT delivered on Mother's day.
Tried to contact them- no reply (still haven't heard back). Flowers arrived late the next day and looked nothing like the picture that I paid over R1000 for. Terribly disappointed and not possible to fix the fact that my mom's table was empty on Mother's day. Too little too late. Save your time and money- support a different, trustworthy florist.

Absolute rip off - What didn't go wrong
What didn't go wrong. Flowers delivered a day after mother's day but even worse probably - the picture mum sent me was NOTHING what I ordered and paid for. Instead of a celebratory bunch, she received a funeral bouquet that looked quite terrible. Careful with these guys. Approach with caution!!! Nooit weer nie.

VERY POOR SERVICE
Wanted an urgent delivery for a death in a friends family. Picked Flora Niche as they guaranteed next day delivery.
IT DID NOT HAPPEN - Phone calls ignored and follow up emails ignored. I have yet to receive any reply from them.
AVOID at all cost. They are better companies who also don't block reviews on their site & Facebook etc...

So bad. Horrible.
So bad.
Ok, I was late for Mothers day. But we waited til Wednesday to get some information. Some phone calls later we found they will not deliver in all South Africa but only the big cities.
When we got the flowers at Friday it was a mess.
So bad, so spoily. With a dirty greeting card.
Never again with flora niche. I warn you all. They are not honest to you as a customer. They can't deliver in South Africa where they came from. How do they deliver to other African countries.
