Me hubiese ahorrado mucho tiempo y dinero si hubiese encontrado esta pagina web antes. Los precios son excelentes, los apartamentos todos en el centro y modernos, Daniela me atendio genial.

Highly recommended, best housing agency in Florence! Aldo of Housing in Florence was very accommodating and helped me find the best possible apartment options for my budget range in the Florence city center. They showed nice apartments that suited my liking and budget. Luckily, I ended up renting a great and newly renovated modern apartment with a big balcony that has an unobstructed view of Florence. Great service from them!

Very poor and no response from customer service. Will not recommend

The apartment was lovely and very central BUT customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Myself and 3 friends had pre-booked and arranged to meet someone to let us in at 6 p.m. At 5.50 p.m. we were told there was a delay. We couldn't access the apartment till 9 p.m. so were hanging around outside with our cases. We couldn't do much except find somewhere literally across the road to eat and watch for the keyholder. We contacted them the next day to say we were unhappy. They apologised and offered €10 each, £9 per person. The apartment cost over €800 euros for 3 nights. They would not increase this offer, despite being told we had effectively lost the first of our 3 evenings in Florence. Beware!
