I cancelled my subscription before the free trial ended, but FlowVPN still charged my card $6.99.

The system also would not allow me to remove my payment method because of an “active plan”.

Very misleading billing system. Be careful with the free trial.

SCAM- Servers are not owned by them and are always down, they are simply cheap vps servers they rent

also they stole £4.50 off me without permission or me asking to renew, the so called 24-7 support is rubbish, they dont reply for days then start ignoring you, the director seems a bit dodgy too looking at details of him and his address on govt website.

cancellation is impossible on the website of flow vpn itself, but through the so called paymentwall.
what the customer service suggests seems to be fictive.

This is a huge scam! They claim to provide residential IP addresses from internet providers, but in reality, you're getting a data center IP address with DNS leaks. I requested a refund 15 minutes after purchasing and still haven't received a response, seven days have passed. Avoid this service!
