I would like to take a moment to thank Jeremy and Julie at Flux, along with Dan Rauscher at Catalyst Financial, for taking time to personally assist and guide me through the complexities of the debt settlement process. The individually tailored advice, attention to detail, candor, and instilling of confidence collectively were outstanding. Unlike the larger companies, Flux and Catalyst take their respective clients seriously, demonstrating care and concern for providing the best possible results. I cannot express sufficient gratitude for the kindness, reassurance, and expertise the team has established for success.

Over a couple of years, Jeremy and a few other employees at Flux Credit have assisted me through some situations that if I had handled alone would have been catastrophic. Possible garnishments and a lot of unnecessary debt. They handled my payments and communication with debt collectors and now my credit is looking pretty good. Jeremy is down to earth and surprisingly very responsive when I have questions or need assistance. It’s worth the time to get this agency working for you!

I cannot believe it took me so long to leave a review. When I knew the only way out of my debt was to settle, I was wary of any debt settlement group, having heard horror stories. I am SO glad that I found FluxCredit. They are the real deal! They helped me settle by debt for tens of thousands of dollars less than I would have had to pay on my own, and they dealt with BOA when they wanted to take me to court. Jeremy was always so kind and willing to talk me through everything, and I felt like he really cared. I paid off my settlement back in 2021, and my credit score is back to being great, my business is now a multi-six-figure business and I have zero debt. I just want to give others hope that you can turn things around. FluxCredit is a big reason I have financial freedom right now. I'm eternally grateful to them.

I received immediate correspondence from Pond. After all the hoops he gave me a final price of $9,795.00 which was a better price than the original cost of $14,000. Then I got the paper work. What they were able to save me from the Vendor they tried to charge me and then some in Attorneys costs, over $16,000 in total. When working with a 3rd party sometimes you don't know what there offering your customer. In my case it was a huge surprise to the company as well as the owner. I received a phone call from Robin who took the time to go over everything with me. In the end the options were not favorable for me. I appreciate the time that Robin and even the owner of the company took with me to try to rectify this situation. After all is said and done I would refer my family and friends to this company.

Hired these guys to get money owed me from my ex husband. Garrett took my money then attempted to take more out of my bank account I stopped that. They stated that I had not paid them the 200.00 they stated was their fee to get my money from my ex husband that he owes me in a judgement. I proved that I paid them. They sent me to someone else whom has never done anything for me. So essentially I am out 200.00 and nothing is different. Ex husband still owes money ex husband still has not paid money. Plus I am out 200.00 and the referral they gave me I've gotten no where with them. Be cautious extremely cautious

My experience with Flux Credit was awsome. They were knowledgeable and address my concerns. I will use them again in the future.

A marketing firm had cheated me and nearly wrecked my online business. My losses totaled $170,000, but suing them was not a good option because the firm is insubstantial and its officers asset-poor. Enter Flux Credit, which sold themselves to me as a company that could get results, even if it required legal assistance. They overpromised. Turns out they are nothing more than bill collectors, a skill which I possess myself. I told Flux Credit up front that bill-collecting was not the kind of help I needed. They said okay, we can help you anyway. Unfortunately, they failed to deliver.

A customer rep named Lawrence Kelly was assigned to my case, but he dropped the ball repeatedly. I had to call him for progress reports, and although he promised to move things along and get back to me, he failed to do so no fewer than four times. At one point, his superior mentioned giving me back my initial fee of $200, admitting there was not much they could do to help me. When I recalled this offer to them before we parted ways, they said, well, no, they couldn't do that. My memory is foggy concerning how I found these guys, but it may have been on CraigsList. That turns out to be a bad place to seek legal help.

Flux Credit strikes me as a legitimate firm, but they exaggerate their capabilities, and the customer rep who handled my case was negligent, irresponsible and did not do the work for me that he had promised, including making some phone calls. He tried to fake having done so in one of our calls, but I had to remind him that he didn't even have the name of one of the fraudsters he purported to have called, nor contact information for their lawyer.

In fairness, the intake guy (Jeremy) I first spoke with was polite, patient and legally knowledgeable. I say patient because I hung up on him when he first called. I hadn't realized that I'd put out a feeler to his company and that he was just getting back to me. A real professional -- which is why I've given them two stars rather than one..

They were easy to work with and did what they said they would do. 'Nuff said.

Let me start by saying that the team at Flux Credit greatly exceeded my expectations. As I imagine many feel, the lawsuit against me was unfair, to say the least. Regardless, I knew that unless I could settle it, the amount owed would continue to increase and seemingly never end. Let me give you some numbers. I was sued for approximately $120,000. After attempting to settle on my own, I was left with a $90,000 offer (which is basically what I owed minus late fees, etc.). These types of creditors are paid to be mean - and they certainly live up to that. I absolutely did not want to deal with them any more. So I hired Flux Credit. Long story short, in less than 2 months, everything was resolved for $58,500 - and that includes the well-deserved fee that I paid to Flux Credit. Flux Credit not only saved me over $30,000, but they saved me from the headache of having to deal with some real jerks. If you find yourself in a bind like mine, I offer my highest recommendation to work with the great team at Flux Credit.

When I received a writ of summons from the cursed LVNV Funding's law group, it was difficult trying to find any kind of attorney or consultant. I decided to give FluxCredit a chance as they seemed pretty legit online.

It was probably the best move I ever made.

Lawrence has been a godsend. He's been willing to contact me via phone or text, and he's helped me every step of the way to get a settlement done. The guy's even been cussed out and hung up on by the law group. I don't think I can stress how amazing it's been working with him and FluxCredit. They've only charged me half of the total usual cost, but I'm adamant at the end of all this to pay for the full service. It's well worth the price.

We're still in the middle of settling the debt, but regardless of the outcome, I would absolutely work with these guys over and over.

This was important for me to leave this review. When I came to Flux Credit I was a hot mess. I had judgements and buried in debt. They quickly became my power of attorney and got the judgements off of my back. They negotiated with my creditors and reduced pay off amounts significantly. I paid them one fee and they took care of the rest. I began to see the light. Over the past few years, they helped me get out of debt and then referred me to another program that really changed the game for me. Flux Credit are some knowledgeable, compassionate folks and are game changers in the Industry.

I have nothing to say but good things about Flux Credit and most of all Christopher McKay! I was struggling with getting a fraud case off of my account and they went over and beyond to make sure everything was rectified and taken off my credit report.

I found Flux Credit last November and I needed help bad. I spoke to a gentleman name Pond who walked me through the process. The communication was so good and understanding that I do recommend anyone who needs help with there credit to please call them. They are a top notch company. They work with your debt problems and find a solution to a affordable cost.

I had a great experience working with Jasmine. She was professional and kept me informed and encouraged throughout the process. She helped me to save thousands upon settling my dispute with my HOA.

The review Conner left on here is exactly what happened to me as well. I needed an attorney, went to some lawyer website nolo or something.

"Attorney" calls me up and directs me to these clowns so I was under impression they were his people who were also lawyers until I got an email from them asking for my details and telling me they can't actually give me any legal advice they aren't lawyers.

They strung me along for a couple weeks then stopped getting ahold of me. Called after a bit and they said they were working on it. Couple weeks later I got a letter from the creditors. Nice work guys! They're just crooks. I got a local attorney that got a way better deal for less than this place charges up front. I suggest speaking with a real attorney.
