Have been a been a resident at Amber Court for nine years, I would like express thanks to Sharon Taylor my property manager. There has been ups and downs, as there will be with any property, but the consistent and most impressive help has always come from Sharon, I would like to thank her, for her service and help. She is extremely good at what she does, a calm, professional voice when you need it. Solving problems without fuss and quickly. Thank you for all your help and support.

Charlie is a really accommodating agent who goes the extra mile to make sure that I am able to move into the apartment within 3 days. He ensures that the entire process is seamless and efficient, which makes it a really positive experience for me. Thank you Charlie once again!

I’ve had a consistently great experience with Catherine as my property manager. Most recently, she arranged for the mould in my flat to be dealt with quickly and efficiently, and also sorted out a broken basin tap that needed replacing. Everything was handled without any issues or delays, which made the whole process stress-free.

Catherine has always been incredibly helpful, responsive, and reliable whenever I’ve needed assistance. It’s clear she genuinely cares about making sure things are taken care of properly. I really appreciate the effort she puts in and feel well looked after as a tenant.

I’m very grateful for all her support and would highly recommend her.

Charlie has provided excellent support throughout the whole process. He has been polite, professional, and very efficient in answering our questions and keeping us updated. His communication has been clear and helpful, which made everything much easier for us.

I have been with Folio for a few years now and of all the property Managers, Ms Cindy Anderson is leaps and bounds the best property manager ever! She has moved onto another unit in Folio and not managing my flat directly, but even now whenever I have reached out for her help, she, as usual, goes out of her way to address the issue quickly and holistically. Her willingness and proactive stance to take responsibility and resolve the issue is so so appreciated. Fervently hope she stays as long as I am renting this apartment - Folio is indeed fortunate to have her.

Charlie Morton in particular has been incredibly helpful throughout my whole renting process. From the initial viewing all the way through to signing the tenancy agreement, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. I really appreciate his support and guidance at every stage.

I've been renting with Folio for 2.5 years now and Agata has been the best property manager ever. She's super prompt, SO kind and thoughtful (even the concierge staff have such good things to say about her), and very on it. Having had some difficult experiences with agencies in the past, I have to say it makes such a difference when you meet someone who is so professional and considerate.

We have had a great experience with folio supported by Agata - when we moved and took up a new tenancy with a different agent we were expecting the same experience unfortunately this was not to be the case . Agata you looked after us well supported our issues timously , much appreciated keep on what you are doing and your clients will be happy thank you

I had a good experience working with Charlie Morton while securing my flat. He was helpful the whole way through, took the time to explain everything, and made the process comfortable.

Also, big shout-out to Folio; their online checks were quick and really convenient. Everything was done within 24–48 hours, and the whole system felt very smooth and intuitive. All the information was shared upfront, which made things a lot simpler.

I've rented with Folio London for almost 5 years and my property manager has been Agata Sungaila.

I have been extremely pleased with Folio and from day one, I can say that I have been very impressed with the quality of the real estate that they offer.

After renting in many countries around the world, I can objectively say Folio has been nothing short of exceptional. The units are very well maintained in relatively new complexes, and have quality modern amenities and appliances.

More importantly Agata has been a very professional property manager, who has made prompt communication and personalized tenant support her emphasis in all of our dealings.

A beautiful rental unit with an awful property manager is an absolute nightmare. Agata is the reason why I will always recommend Folio and choose Folio again if their units are an option wherever I may move to in the future.

Our experience with Folio London was positive from start to finish.
We initially missed out on the first property we were interested in, but when a second one became available, we immediately got back in touch. Nabil, who had been our point of contact for the first property, kindly directed us to Francis, who was managing the second one.
Francis contacted us almost straight away and arranged a viewing that went smoothly from beginning to end. He answered all our questions, noted our requests, and even took the time to recommend some helpful tips and point us towards a few money-saving offers to make the move easier.
After searching for quite some time, making several offers that were rejected or outbid, and viewing a number of properties that were either not as described or simply overpriced, this experience was a real breath of fresh air. The property was exactly as advertised, and during the viewing a refurbishment was already well underway. We also really appreciated that there was strictly no price bidding.
Francis also helped guide us through some of the forms and applications and was always available on the phone whenever we needed assistance.
Overall, the entire process felt professional, transparent, and genuinely supportive. Our experience was 10 out of 10, and we would highly recommend Folio London to anyone looking for a straightforward and positive renting experience.
