I arrived exactly on time, only to witness a staff member arriving with another candidate, telling them, "Donât worry, Iâll handle everything, youâll have your induction soon." It was clear the decision had already been made before I was even seen.
âThe interviewer didn't even realize I was there for an interview until the receptionist called her. During the meeting, she seemed completely uninterested, barely glanced at my documents, and didn't even check my CAS letter. She also tried to claim that bus services aren't available at night, which is factually incorrect as the service runs 24/7.
âIf a candidate has already been selected via a personal reference, it is incredibly unprofessional to invite others to an interview just to waste their time and travel money. Truly a disappointing experience.

For the prices they are charging and stress of waiting as we all have flights to catch. Never again!

Dunkin' â Morgan and TJ were very professional and polite. I let Morgan know I wanted my grilled cheese sandwich made a certain way, and she was completely on top of it. TJ and Morgan worked very well together â theyâre the dream team.
Dunkin Phx Airport Location - My grilled cheese sandwich was perfect. It may seem simple to make, but it really isnât â everything has to be just right: the bread, the cheese, and even the bacon (which is a free option â who knew?).
If you enjoy a well-made sandwich, itâs definitely worth stopping in!

Got my drink within a few minutes and I was ready to order, she put my order in right away and had my food within 15mins. Fast. Food was delicious, ordered the popcorn chicken as an appy, and rice bowl for main. Both were very good.

Today (Friday 21st November 2025), I asked the young man who served me for a cup of hot chocolate. Instead, I was served a cup of ice cubes which was not what I had asked for.
It was freezing cold outside today, and I have no heating + hot water at home. Why the hell would I want a cup of ice cubes???????? I was just so upset and very angry that I chucked the cup of ice cubes straignt into the bin.

Lack of customer service and rude management
I have always associated Marks & Spencer with quality products and a high standard of customer service, so my recent experience at the M&S store in Manchester Piccadilly train station was both surprising and disappointing.
From the moment I walked in, the customer service was lacking. The staff, including the management team, were not only unhelpful but shockingly rude. Instead of the friendly and welcoming atmosphere Iâve come to expect from M&S, the attitude in this store felt dismissive and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, I found multiple items on the shelves that were out of date. This is not only concerning from a health perspective but also reflects poorly on M&Sâs reputation for fresh, quality food. It left me wondering: where are the M&S values of quality and customer care?
This franchise seriously needs attention and oversight from M&S headquarters. As a loyal customer, itâs disappointing to see the brandâs standards not upheld here. I hope M&S takes action to improve the experience at this locationâitâs a real letdown for anyone expecting the usual M&S quality and service.

I had a terrible experience at the SSP-run âM&Sâ at Gatwick airport recently.
Very rude, patronising and condescending staff, which was a surprise at the time, because I thought it was unusual for M&S staff, but I then found out that it is just an M&S franchise run by SSP.

At Stockholm Airport, their computer system did not print receipt of sale, took the 736KR out of my account. The system then did not communicate with the other computer to show order, NOT MY FAULT.
So because it wasn't on the service computer they could not acknowledge the order......
When asked for full refund as we are traveling home, NO WAY they could not do.
To say we are extremely pi$$ed is an understatement.
Let's hope after emails back & forth with the manager we get our $$$ back.
