I had a pleasant experience with the agency. Alex Hales was prompt with my queries and was professional in dealing with the issue.

Martin as by far gone above and beyond inthe normal call of duty at least when it comes to booking flights and making last-minute arrangements and changes. I'm not used to that when it comes to paying for flights thank you Martin your a true scholar

I dealt with Martin. Great customer service and follow up from returning emails/calls promptly to obtaining the best fares possible. I appreciate the hard work

This transaction was flawless. The customer service was fantastic.

The service I received us quick and courteous. All of the responses were prompt and complete. We did have a bit of a language barrier but Martin did a great job working through the issues.

Muy buena atención, y muy atento por parte de Alex el agente que me atendió el día de hoy.

Alex was helpful. This was the first time I have used this service and to be honest it was a bit cumbersome. I booked the flights, gave my Cc number and thought that I would have my ticket info sent to me. The next day I checked and my cc was not charged. In my email it stated that my tickets were on hold. So I called and they told me that they tried to call me to finish my booking as the taxes ect were not included and they go by the date that I confirm a phone call or email from them to determine what amount of taxes I needed to pay. This was weird to me as I have never dealt with purchasing tickets on this manner. Crossing my fingers all goes well when boarding. But the people I talked with were very nice.

Martin was wonderful very professional efficient and attentive… the process was very easy ….Thank you again
