Thoroughly professional, friendly and helpful staff made insuring my cars a very easy and pleasant experience.

Really good, efficient , quick, polite service.
However as BFG personal you are limited to the choice of providers and the premiums are almost £100-200 more expensive than what you would pay in the UK.

It's really good insurance company all the soldiers should go along with this insurance

I chose Forces Insurance as due tot he BFG process there is limited choice. The cost is high compared to what ti would cost me to be insured in UK

Forces Insurance offer an excellent service if you are posted at short notice overseas to Europe. The range of options was very good and given it is a specialist market good value for money when considering breakdown cover is included.

The documentation met the Belgium licensing legal requirements and was emailed as soon as the policy was activated meaning the vehicle could be registered without delay.

I recommend them purely on ease and effectiveness.

Staff always very helpful day or night, always on hand to meet my needs. Excellent service and know what they're talking about.

I rang The Forces Insurance to cancel my policy, (I was quoted £462 for the renewal and found the same deal online for £242 with a different provider) was told someone would call me back, they did, I was out and they did not call again.
I then got a Renewal Email with an attached Certificate of Motor Insurance, I emailed back straight away to cancel, I got no response. I rang again, the woman I spoke to asked why I wanted to cancel, I explained I'd found a cheaper policy with the same features, she to,d me to double check what I had been quoted as it sounded far too cheap! I found her quite patronising and there was no offer of trying to price match. Clearly TFI don't value their customers.
I'm no longer with them and won't be returning.
