You have sent emails to our customer service at Forever Florist Thailand. We are a florist in Thailand. You have not placed any order with us at Forever Florist Thailand and therefore we cannot assist you.

Please contact the company you ordered from for your flower delivery in Laos as we are not a Loas flower shop. We are Forever Florist Thailand and we deliver flowers and gifts in Thailand ONLY.
