I brought 9 knit top they where buy 3 get one free they did not specified you need to add one more to get it free and when I received my order I did not received one free I spend more then $50.00 every time I buy anything from them but when I call for this issue they say just return your order and summit it again not help at all. I recently bought online from The Netherlands and received one wrong item (socks, EU3.95). Apparently they didn't have the one I ordered anymore and sent me something else that I don't like. I tried the chat to solve my problem and the service is poor. The attendant couldn't read the chat properly and asked me questions that I already had answered. Then he just copy pasted information saying that I had to pay a 5.95 fee (which is absurd because it was not my error) for returning and sent me a link that doesn't work. On this link I type my email and my order and the website responds saying that the order number or email cannot be found. So this same person keep asking me to do "fixes" on my browser that I KNOW that don't work, such as clearing the cookies. Then he stated me that I should go to a store... THERE ARE NO STORES IN MY COUNTRY. So now I have something that I did not order, had to pay for it and can't even return it.
Never buying again, shame, I really like the products before, the ones that came right are awesome, but I am not putting myself on that risk of loosing money again.

While in the store I ended up bringing back the new item that I bought because the fit was off again. Somehow that equated to me being told I cannot get my money back and I am stuck with store credit. I returned everything within the 30 day period and I had my receipt. Please make that make sense. I called customer service about it because I was so confused. Customer service was no help. F21 what kind of policy is that? Absurd.

I hope this company shuts down again. Awful customer service and communication at the store. I wasnât told that body suits are final sale when I purchased them at cash. At forever 21 they count as âIntimate.â In most retail
places bodysuits count as regular clothes that can be returned or exchanged for store credit or refund. This isnât common knowledge and should have emphasized and told to me by the cashier. I even had the manager tell me that the cashier should have emphasized this and that they have been letting customers know. I guess my cashier must have forgot. When I called customer service they told me I should have read the return policy snd itâs not the cashiers job to tell me anything. I took a look at the return policy on my receipt and It says âintimatesâ cannot be returned, no where did it say bodysuits. How am I as the customer supposed to know bodysuits are intimate if it was in the clothing section with everything else? Especially if bodysuits count as regular clothing items to pretty much every retail store in Canada.
Just avoid shopping here, the clothes are trash. Regret even buying an item from here in the first place.

HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered my clothing over a week ago and still have no shipping information on it so I don't have any idea where it is at the moment. I tried talking to a customer service lady who was completely useless, told me they couldn't help me until my order was 2 weeks late. When I ordered there was no notification that there would be shipping delays, I only found out after ordering through their website. It is so irritating that it could take 20 days for me to receive my order when the shipping estimate said it would take 5-7! I strongly recommend NOT ordering online at this time.

I placed an order online that was supposed to be shipped to store. I had been already waiting for 2-3 weeks for it to be ready for pickup, and have to wait some more because when i went to pick it up the store was shut down because it is relocating. It has been shut before my order even got there yet i did not receive even one email informing me about that (only that my order is ready). I received an email that i have xx days to pick up my order, and when i talked to customer service, the representatives are a waste of time. The agent kept telling me the order is ready for pick up and i have a day left to do so, while whole time iâm telling them I went there, but THE STORE WAS NOT THERE??????? I don't know if they're going out of business or what, but I made 3 orders this week and every one went through on my credit card, and I got a confirmation email from F21, but each order was put on hold the following day, and then cancelled the next day. I called them, and when I finally got through, they said they had no idea what the problem might be, but that it was probably a problem with my bank.
After calling my bank and finding there was no issue, I redid the orders all over again, with a completely different card, and F21 again put each order on hold the next day with no explanation (just an email saying "Your transaction is on hold) and then cancelled each order the next day with no explanation ('Your Forever 21 order could not be processed')
This isn't the first problem I've had with them... and I've spent so much time dealing with this, I'm done with them forever. You know how much time it takes to pick out your items, etc., and put in your order! What a complete and utter waste of time.
They've completely lost me as a customer forever...I will NEVER attempt an order with them again. It was such a horrible experience.

I contacted Forever 21 four weeks ago asking wheres my package?!? Terrible customer service
They have a few interesting designs, but their sizing is far off the mark -- I typically wear a M or L max, but their L tank fits me like a XS.
Most importantly, the have some of the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. It literally took me hours on the phone with them to address a few simple matters that should never have been issues to begin with -- after making an online order, a couple of T-shirts that were NOT supposed to be "distressed" (that is, purposefully with holes) arrived with holes punched into them . . . and, after being promised refunds by a few different agents, and never seeing anything come of those promises after two weeks, only after I yet AGAIN called and finally demanded to speak to a manager did I get any notifications of being issued credits (not REFUNDS but rather credits to their store).
This is not to mention the back-and-forth I was sent through between the Forever21 phone line and that of the bank they issue their Forever21 credit card through, Comenity Bank.
THEN, upon making a return of another separate item at the local Forever21 shop, they refunded me for the wrong item from that same order . . . which of course was a cheaper item. I didn't realize till I got home that the store clerk there had ripped me off a few dollars (I mistakenly assumed they could handle a basic exchange, and didn't check my receipt while there, in my rush!!) *sigh*, idiocy

Incompetence all around
My daughter received a $50 egift card for her birthday. It was never sent to my email and my brother had to have the number sent to him from the forever 21 customer service. The number sent does not work. I have tried 3 different browsers, my phone and my computer (as per their instructions.) The site is still saying it's invalid.
Last week I called and after speaking with multiple people was told it was being escalated, was working on their end and that I should call Saturday and it would be fixed. I called today and was told that they couldn't do it and now my brother would have to call and we would have to spend another week waiting. The customer service people do not seem to have any idea what they're doing, they're rude and this whole site is difficult to navigate. It is ridiculous we have to go through all this just to get the number voided and re-issued.
Buyer beware. If they is an issue they will not help you and will make it as difficult as possible for you. I will never ask anyone else for a gift card from this store and I would definitely never buy one myself.
