Great tailors, and whoever says it is not and gives Lewis, one star, are slanderers and liars! And envy Lewis and haters! GET GONE HATERS!

Absolutely fantastic service, wedding suits x 4, Lewis sorted us and cannot be more pleased. Don't settle for cheap suits that hardly fit, contact this guy for perfect service and great products

I have now had 6 suits from Formal Tailor all made to measure as I am a weird shape to put it at best. Excellent customer service and very pleased with the results.

I would definitely use them again and recommend others to give them a try,

I ordered and paid for three items. Two days later I receive pd an email saying that one item was out of stock.

I asked for a refund for that item and was happy to still buy the other items.

One week later, I haven’t received either the refund or the other items and cannot get a response to my further communications.

I’m now having to make a claim via PayPal so would suggest not dealing with Formal Tailor.

I purchased a pair of ‘Morning Trousers’ on 8 September 2021 for £79.95. They did not fit and were returned promptly for a refund. On 4 October Formal Tailor refunded £69.95. I am still waiting for the remaining £10 outstanding.

I have had a fantastic experience recently at Formal Tailor. I have not had a suit made for me in quite some time. I was not looking forward to the process but due to my height and build had little option other than to have something made. I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth and comradery of the proprietor. He made feel at ease and went to great lengths to provide me with a suit that would not only look quite stylish, detailed, comfortable but at a fair price. In addition, the suit was ready within 2 weeks!! Thank you!!! I'll be back!!!

I ordered the full tuxedo package and I received it very quickly (but no email with the parcel number to follow it).Good quality.
Unfortunately FT made a mistake with the jacket: size was correct on the hanger but... the jacket was one size below... I returned it on the same day and I sent an email to explain the problem and to ask for the reimbursement of the postage. I received the correct sized jacket one week after (no notice was sent except when I made a query),
I did not receive any apologies nor refund from FormalTailor...
Disappointing indeed.

The delivery was so speedy and the waistcoat was just what I had been looking for. Good fit & quality

Had to return a couple of suits due to the fits not being correct. Refund was processed quickly but I e-mailed a query and am still waiting for a response.

Very impressed with the service and products I received. I required a small cravat for my 10 month old son, formal tailor had one made for me to fit my measurements and it is perfect!! I can't recommend them highly enough!!

I ordered a cravat & pocket hanky one evening. Unbelievably it arrived the following morning - it was as described, was good quality and reasonably priced. I will order more from this organisation in the future.

I bought the Tuxedo set for my son's forthcoming prom and am thrilled with my purchase. In terms of value for money it is second to none. We have the tux, dress trousers, dress shirt, bow tie and cummerbund for £80 which is phenomenal value. And the delivery is free too! The suit arrived in two days and everything fits well - the sizes are accurate and the quality is good too - doesn't feel like a cheap suit in any way. The trousers have some adjustment at the waist so you can make them fit perfectly. My son has already recommended this company to his friends.
