I like Fortune Play. It’s a fun casino to play and they have a fantastic range of great games. They also give away a lot of free spins with no deposit. I just can’t seem to win, and that becomes frustrating after a while, so that does make me hesitant to do more deposits. However, I have heard great things about this casino, and just because I haven’t won yet doesn’t mean you shouldn’t give them a try, it’s just the luck of the draw! I was always in contact with live support to know if i was doing something wrong/against the rules, i won some money with the free bet, i was told by the live support my wagering of the bonus was complete and i could withdraw, i withdraw and its cancelled, i send my documents and the after two days of no response they close my account with all the winnings, now the live support doesnt do nothing, they dont specify what was the reason of closing my account or nothing, typical scam casino

Nachdem mir der Support öffentlich auf Trustpilot geheuchelt hat, ich solle den Fall per E-Mail an das „leitende Sportwetten-Team“ zur erneuten Prüfung schicken, kam nun die Antwort. Das Ergebnis ist an Lächerlichkeit kaum zu überbieten.
Es wurde sich nicht ein einziges Mal mit meinen lückenlosen Beweisen (Screenshots des fehlerhaften plattforminternen Tickers mit dem erfundenen Tor) befasst. Stattdessen schickt man mir eine standardisierte Copy-Paste-E-Mail mit Auszügen aus den AGB, dass Live-Daten „nur zu Informationszwecken“ dienen und man „alternative Informationsquellen“ nutzen solle.
Merkt ihr eigentlich selbst, wie absurd das ist? Ich HABE alternative Quellen genutzt und den Fehler bemerkt! Euer eigenes System hat aber wegen EURES falschen Tickers die Cash-Out-Funktion für die Kunden manipuliert und blockiert.
Hier wird Kundentäuschung mit System betrieben. Fehlerhafte Technik auf der Plattform wird stur ignoriert und der Schaden einfach auf den Kunden abgewälzt. Die öffentliche Antwort hier auf Trustpilot war reine Image-Kosmetik – hinter den Kulissen wird man eiskalt mit Standard-Mails abgespeist. Bleibe definitiv bei 1 Stern und rate jedem dringend von diesem Anbieter ab!

So I made account with this casino and lost $1000 in a week then went to log in again and they closed my account without permission and with out any reason. I never did anything wrong.
