I really do like this site but the chat wait time is unbelievable! I have waited for over half an hour because they have not added my bonus to my deposit. It has happened a couple of times now. It isn't worth returning to and this will be my last time.

I invested over $600 on this website, but when I attempted to withdraw my funds, it initially indicated that my account was locked. Subsequently, I was informed that due to having a bonus, I was unable to withdraw my funds. After canceling my bonus, I discovered that my entire $600 investment had disappeared. Any site like Fortune play is horrible
Any site like Fortune play, affiliated with Curaçao gaming license will do everything they can to take their time in paying you. Their excuses are pending approval, proof of payment when it’s done via e-transfer, bill payments, proof of address, identification, then once you get passed all that, it will take up to 24-72 hours based on Monday to Friday, 9-5 type. Please read the small prints of where they get their gaming license, when trying new sites. Curaçao is the worse, because it’s an off shore gaming licence and the cheapest. Fortune Play will never get a dime from me once I get my winnings. Pay them via e-transfer and yet the can’t do the same. There are a few other sites out there that pay you the same day, even within the hour via e-transfer. This site is horrible. They also stall to close my account. Places like Tonybet, Betty’s Casino, and Roolio, pay you the same day and sometimes within the hour with no hassle. This company needs to learn a thing or two from them.
Update, now they are trying to lock me out of my account. Good thing my password is linked to my face in my phone. Very shady.

Habe ohne Bonus gespielt spiele nie mit Bonus geld eingezahlt 2000e beantrag auszuzahlen über netteler nach 10 min Ablehnung sie müssen mit Bank Transfer auszahlen.
Habe ich gemacht.
Jetzt kommt. Wenn ihr über netteler nach 10 min meine auszahlung ablehnen könnt wieso lässt ihr euch 65 Stunden Zeit meine auszahlung zu bearbeiten ich habe am Donnerstag 19 Uhr die auszahlung bearbeiten und es wurde noch immer nicht bearbeitet.
Nur in der Hoffnung das der Spieler abbrechen tut und wieder alles verspielen tut.
Ich sehe es ein 24 Stunden 48 Stunden ok.
Aber nach 64 Stunden das ihr noch immer nicht auszahlen tut ist ein Witz und Verarschung

Difficult withdrawals
Casino and games are good. The problem is starting when you want to withdraw your funds! It’s always so hard and even when I was playing with them for a long time and pass the verification process on the next withdrawal they sent me the message that I need to send them a picture of my credit card with my name and all the information or some documents from my bank. So it’s basically very hard or not possible to get your funds back. It’s ridiculous!

Ich habe bei dem Unternehmen 3 Handykameras mit externen Selbstauslöser bestellt. Sah auf Insta wirklich gut aus.
Aber geliefert wurde mir eine kaputte Kamera und irgendein Reinigungsmittel, welches ich nie bestellt habe.
Die Retoure wird natürlich nicht bearbeitet.

Logged in and bam balance is under $100. Emailed them saying you have taken my money and I'd like it back. They gave it back to me. Then it happened again. Got the balance at $290. Logged in and boom my balance was only $84. Spoke to them and they said that they took the so called bonus off me and the winnings also. I said to them if you're going to do this then don't give a bonus if you're just going to take it away. They will also take away your winnings, which is an absolute disgrace. Absolute corrupt piece of you know what company, bunch of scammers. My balance is back up to $100 so I'll be withdrawing it (if they even let me that is) and closing the account as they are just a bunch of rip off merchants. People reading this you have been warned!!!

Just got scammed
Just got scammed, Deposited 200 NOK and managed to play it up to 3200+- NOK, Was of the site for 30-45 min and came back to only having 645 NOK in the balance. Support only gave some dumb exuse and couldn’t help. Suddently my game history was deleted…
I do not under any condition reccomend this site.

The site might be a scam
The site might be a scam. The issue is getting money out. I understand KYC is important but they you also know when a casino ask for weird stuff its not good. Then you have withdraw pending for days which is also a bad sign. These two things is enough for me to stop playing on the site. You need trust when playing on these sites. So now its been pending for 2 days and can cancel if I want. This is just bad design when approvals take so long. It got even worse now that they cancelled the withdraw again and told me "its the provider". 2 times this happened and they just said "try again"

Awful scam casino
Awful scam casino. They will come up with anything not to pay out your winnings. Rejected my $4900 withdrawal because I “exceeded their maximum bet limit” which they state in their website apparently but I have yet to see where that is. They confiscated my winnings and left my $50 deposit. I’d rather have my $50 refunded.
