I was at 15 million credits. Put a decent amount of high-value cars on the auction house. Half sold, half didn't. I claimed the credits on the ones that sold but left the cars that didn't sell to reclaim later. I came back to the game after a few days and everything is back to how it was before I did anything on the auction house, except without the cars or credits. I'm back to 15 million credits, and the cars aren't in my library. There's nothing in the auction house. I restarted the game and it's the same situation. I reached out to support, and they said there's nothing they can do. I play exclusively online, so it wouldn't make sense to be a miscommunication between the client and host. Extremely frustrating that tens of hours of real-life time were essentially burned, and support just said "Sucks ¯\_(ツ)_/¯"

We keep getting connection issues when inviting friends to an EventLab. We've tried everything but it still doesn't work. I also heard this issue has been occurring 2 years ago.

Won't let me do 0 stars for forza motorsport but this is a game that was supposed to be the best forza ever grapgics are great but the penalty system has made it worse and 18 updates later it is still as bad as day 1 penalised for others bad driving seriously if I could get my money back I would.

Cheating hacks like speed and hovering hacks used by players in Forza Motorsports 7 are disruptive to all players, while Microsoft does squat to enforce action on cheating and apparently the developers don’t give to hoots either. Player Yuktobanian ruins the game for everyone utilizing game cheats that go unchecked by both Microsoft and TurnTen. Use your wallet to boycott any purchases of their games and products.

Three Star review because Forza Motorsport 2023 is online requirement or is it? If you have a gaming PC and set to offline you will see (after hours of reading coding) FM2023 does have offline save and it's blocked by a patch. There is no such thing as a car building mechanic, safety or anything they advertise. The real cause of FM2023 being online requirement is the CEO Chris (who is Japanese). His friend who is in charge of Grand Turismo also has GT7 online requirement. Behind the scenes T10 and PD management are best friends who want to see what the whole world is upto and they can't do that when offline save and offline play is in their video games. There will be no offline save patch for FM2023 until about 2028AC and GT7 will have a offline patch when GT8 is out which as usual for PSN will be about 3029AC. If you do not agree with the online requirement don't play the game because the developers don't care - on Forza forums the moderators will tell you "before purchasing and playing Forza Motorsport please understand it is a online requirement game and if you don't like that, don't install or play the game". That is the best customer service from T10 Studios.

Forza Motorsport 2023 is online save. You cannot play the game or save it without internet. T10 studios suffer from buffoonship and in marriage with UBISOFT, Polyphony Digital and any worthless game developers that make video games online save. They suffer so much mental defect they can't make a game with offline play and offline save. They make buffoonship merge into lunacy that develops into catastrophic degeneration of the brain. Don't give Microsoft your money because they don't care either unless it's about online but in their brains online is a light bulb that feeds them electric like a EV and drains their customers of moral, trust and dignity. You can stick your online requirement where the sun don't shine and if your constipated it means where the sun don't shine can't handle anymore.

the video game Forza Motorsports has some serious issue's with its A.I. i keep getting run off the track by other players yet i keep getting the penalties the game is a total waste of time and money

Bad product. Loosing data, can not submit ticket, & no ability to contact. I'd give 0 stars if possible. Every time you try to submit a ticket, it makes you sign into MS, forwards to TURN10 & recycles same procedure over & over. Crash/freeze/data loss/slow loading/white screen/no profile recognition. Everything in the book, PURE GARBAGE MICROSOFT/TURN10

As a lifetime customer I am sad and disappointed at Turn 10! I will never purchase a turn 10 product again! Worst version of Forza ever!

Greedy and lazy trash development. Kids 8-14yrs of age is there main focus making children's games that play and look like **** and cost over $100. Own up to this monumental **** up and apologise and fix your game or refund and close down forever you are officially one of the worst now and always will be haha good job turn 10

Turn 10 outright lied about the new motorsport. The lack of care is made obvious by the lack of communication.
I learned my lesson, got a refund and will never waste my time on their junky products

Lied about Motorsport being 'rebuilt from the ground up' and released a game too buggy to be seriously playable. I have been a keen Forza Fan since the first version. So this is hugely disappointing. Ended up canceling my Gamepass as this was the only game I was really passionate about. Maybe they will get the chance to fix it, but their silence on all the issues now is telling.

Costumer suport is terrible, bought and reman xbox series x, whent to play forza horizon 5 and couldn't play online, so contacted suport and they told me i have a banned device from previous owner, contacted microsoft itself, they told me to talk to suport, explain my situation, even show proof of buy, they are the only ones that can solve this, started talk to them explained everything, and they simply send just pre written texts, just talking about im device banned, till that i know, i want to reach a solution, and they simply are lazy, to talk with anybody, they are horrible, in gaming this is worst CS than some mobile games. Not going to use anymore they services, they only care about if you buy the game or not.

Clearly an unfinished, rushed-to-release product, or perhaps Turn 10 is just full of really bad devs and/or terrible QA's (as a 35 year veteran of the IT industry that would not surprise me, the average for both is pretty low there too).

They may be great at racing physics but they are terrible at everything around the rest of the game such as user experience, network handling, server resilience or any actual respect for the users (customers).

You'll need not only a stable internet but to hope that the servers are also stable as you'll need a pretty much continuous connection to a stable Turn 10 server to do anything, including saving any tuning/customisation and single player progress

What even is this game? I'm typing this while still waiting in the intermission to join an online race for the last 10 mins? Constantly kicked from the server after Qualifying, Selecting a livery, or just crashing on launch.
Penalty system is still embarrassing, Handling is worse, And even after typing this my race still hasn't started.

Imagine sitting on a title for this long and just serving your embarrassing crap to customers. I've been trying since launch day to be patient with this game, but what is the point?

Waiting 16 days for Support for in-game problem, unable to type letter/numbers from UPPER LETTERS 1 onwards in create vinyl groups for my cars. Everything else works great. If, as I suspect this is a "game bug" seeing how new Motorsport is, at least I should get a notification of it?! As bad as PlayStation Support, once they got your money, no one cares!

Constant crashing on Forza motorsport, hanging on upgrades, random crashing, caching on every start up. It would be comical if it wasn't infuriating. Look at 1st party Sony titles and you can understand why MS has resorted to anti consumer practices like buying entire publishers. I only leave this review because Forza Motorsport is my favourite racing game since Drive Club on PS4, but the fact I have so much down time btwn crashes and caching to leave reviews like this speaks volumes. F+(K u I want a refund on my season pass.

The online racing in your latest title is f***ing awful. The penalties don't work. I constantly get smashed or spun out or I get a penalty. Sort your f***ing game out. Spent 2 years boasting about improved ai a d penalty system when really it's a load of S***

I just want to play the game. While racing or doing anything else, I will get sent back to the X-Box home screen and have to reload the game. Just want to play uninterrupted. As far as the date . . . Since the game was published.
