Foxblood is a very disorganized has deceitful marketing practices. I don't wish to be your customer anymore! Shopping with you online was not enjoyable and extremely stressful. It's not your customer's fault if you have failed to test your website's defects before making it available for public use . Next time, don't go live and better if you close shop. You are not well-prepared and ill-equipped to handle international sales! They made a false claim on their website about duties and taxes already included in the cost of items for international customers, but that wasn't true. Beware of this unscrupulous company. About their products? It's inferior! Don't waste your money. Boycott this company.

Also, please boycott their fraudulent sister company "My Violet" and all their cohorts.

Well I ordered with them.. couple days later said my items shipped...was stuck in preshipment for a week and a half.. now I'm getting an email saying one of my items is being refunded due to inventory inaccuracy. Probably shouldn't say you have shipped items when you physically didn't have them. I've ordered through them before and wasn't super thrilled the first time but this second go around really put the nail in the coffin for me.. customer service here needs work

I’ll start by saying I love this brand and have mostly only good experiences:

Shipping: takes about a week to two weeks from ordering to receiving. Which is to be expected from a smaller brand.

Material: I love the fabrics they use, they feel better and more sturdy than my fast fashion pieces.

Stitching: This area needs work. I have two dozen pieces from Foxblood and after a few wears, several pieces stitches are starting to come apart. Luckily it’s a quick fix for me but not something I should have to worry about at this price point. Stitching is why I took one star off.

Customer service: I’ve only ever had good experiences interacting with them. I once accidentally placed an order without everything I needed in my cart, they very quickly responded to my email to cancel the order. I’ve asked them about restocks on IG and they swiftly and politely replied. I’ve also never experienced an error in missing or incorrect items and I’ve purchased from them about a dozen times now.

I have only purchased through another shop that stocks it as I don’t live in the US. I love the vibe of the store and their products but I must admit, it’s pretty expensive for cheaply made black clothing. The quality isn’t great and something like you’d get off Shein but I like the styles they stock.

While the items are cute, I have purchased from them multiple times, and every time I have an order with more than one item, they send the the wrong item. Instead of sending you the correct item immediately, they demand you send them the wrong item (which is much cheaper than the item you purchased) and once they receive it, they’ll send you your correct item.

Don’t know about you, but seems a little sus. Punishing your customers because of your inability to do a thorough check when it comes to packing sounds like a you problem. Not a me problem.

I have given them two chances, and each time they’ve made me out to be the bad guy. Like it’s my fault they sent me the completely wrong item. Will not buy through them again.

Items are not as pictured. I asked a professional about the skirt I received vs. pictured and the said the panels are not sewn the same as in the picture and they could alter it to look like the picture. I sent the photo of the skirt on me which is obviously a different skirt and they won't give me a refund.

Edit: they eventually gave me a full refund and said the skirt I received was defective.

UPS has lost my package and contacted customer service.

They immediately took care of the situation and I got all the updates daily basis.

Finally I received my dresses and I loved them all definitely worth the wait!

Love to shop from foxblood ; they have this amazing fabric and perfect fit. It`s nice to have a company respects and makes good quality for plus size clothing

Literally a China resale site. My hat still has the upc tag from China. The chain was cheapo plastic. Looked up the number on the hat and found almost the exact same hat labeled as a "boater hat" on aliexpress. I realized a little while after my purchase that the belt was almost exactly the same as one I got off Shein. The quality is about the same. They never got back to me when I wanted a return. Paypal got me my money back. Not sure I'm going to ever even wear the hat because it's crazy big. My head isn't small either soooo... Who is this hat for?

I want to buy more products from this shop, but wasn’t sure after reading mixed reviews. So I ordered something small, a pair of sunglasses. They arrived very quickly after my purchase and I love them! I can’t wait to order more from them. I also love the fact that they are woman owned.

There was an error where the system put some absurd address and they refused to correct it or refund as they said "it was a correct address"

A couple months ago I got the goth sporty spice jogger set. Within a couple times of wearing them threads are broken and loose all over. They are VERY cheaply made. The string in the waist band constantly gets wrapped around the band and folds up. The band inside is always folded over. They didn’t last long at all. Definitely not worth the money. Overpriced and I will not be shopping there again.

I have ordered countless items from foxblood. The review that says their clothing is not high quality is crazy wrong. They clearly say ( I buy their namesake items) the items are cotton, so if you're expecting silk, then yes, you'd be disappointed ( and confused about price points on material) but for black,cotton pieces, with some character, you can't go wrong. Returns aren't as easy as Amazon or other mega-mart shopping options but I've almost never had a problem with their size charts and have never had a problem myself, with exchanges for sane item. I'm a big fan of foxblood. No idea why it would have so few stars here. Guessing that one bad review from the one off disappointed customer is causing the rating to lower. Don't pay attention. This is a reputable, online store for cute black and sort of Gothic styled clothing. ( I even buy their items as gifts.)

Quality of materials is sub par.
You are unable to return items, store credit only and after they determine if the item is accepted thru an email you have to send.
Items themselves are sized improperly, bought a belt that was insanely big (I’m average built) one size only you’d imagine they would be mostly universal.

Place a order and received the wrong item. Was told in a email that I had to pay in order to get the right item. This was on top of the fact that another item came with a hole from poor stitching. They styles are nice but they need to work on their materials and sizing.

I actually purchased a hoodie and skirt from Foxblood through Sourpuss's website. I had heard bad things with Foxblood's website so I felt this was the best way to try their stuff without any concerns of being ghosted by a package. The hoodie is made with really thin almost see through cheap looking fabric. Overall still wearable but nothing like the photos on the model. The skirt's fabric was better quality in comparison but the sizing was off. It's a basic black pleated skirt nothing fancy. While I don't hate it I feel for the same price there's plenty of better options from other brands. Overall not impressed. Sourpuss on the other hand was awesome with delivery and updates. Plus Sourpuss makes great stuff and also carries some much better alt brands.

I spent $200 at this shop in January of this year and have yet to receive my order. Every time I’ve reached out they’ve basically shrugged me off by responding “I’ll contact the carrier, but it’s out of our hands”. It’s been 2 1/2 months. I’ll never shop there again, and I hope no one else does either. I’d have been better off lighting $200 on fire because at least it would have kept me warm for a few minutes. The coat I ordered certainly isn’t.

I love this company and its clothes. They have amazing pieces and the customer service is exceptional. They will get back to you pretty quickly and work to resolve issues if they can. They don't offer the most solutions, but since they're a small business they can't do things like a major corporation. You will have to pay to ship returns, etc. This hasn't turned me off as they're pretty great at working with you on sizing and pictures.

Once it ships "it's out of our hands" - what a terrible official response, direct from their site.

After several months, I'd at least offer a refund or replacement with tracking. Their clothes are NOT cheap.

Their response is, "we'll look into it with the carrier" - which is of course what you'd expect, "we'll keep looking". Okay, then what?

C'mon guys, if your packages are getting lost and delayed because of Covid, here we are a year later. Let's come up with some good customer service solutions.

It blows my mind that "serious Covid delays" and "out of our hands" are official shipping info from their site. It just makes me think they don't care. And yet, I'm still waiting for my package and they have my money.
