Absolutely blown away by the service from Tai, Chaka, and Nate today.

From the second they stepped through the door, they brought a level of professionalism and warmth that immediately put me at ease. Moving can be one of the most stressful experiences, but these three made it feel effortless.

They packed everything with such care and attention to detail, treating every item like it mattered. It wasn’t just the efficiency (which was seriously impressive), it was the way they went about it, with kindness, respect, and a calm confidence that rubbed off on everyone in the house.

What really stuck with me, though, was the vibe. Positive, easygoing, and genuinely helpful, nothing felt rushed or forced. They were a team I thought I could trust from the get-go, and by the end of the day, I was genuinely grateful to have had them here.

Our Fox removalists were rude, abusive and kept taking 15-minute breaks throughout the day forcing us to pitch in and do half the work. They deliberately parked in a no parking zone, refused to move, and tried to bully us into paying the parking ticket. The job cost was blown out over $2000 because of their poor work ethic. Due care was not taken with our property. Management did not care and claimed the removalist was having personal problems. It took half a year to get them to send a receipt. We asked to speak to the managing director, Dan Hassell, or owner with our complaint but staff refused and mocked us. It absolutely ruined an exciting chapter of moving into a great new house. We were left feeling disrespected and dirtied by the experience.
