Les livreurs de Transgourmet sont les pires, toutes sociétés confondues. Je n'ai jamais vu une chose pareille... Ils n'ont aucun e edu action. Et, chaque fois c'est le même comportement : lorsqu'ils voient quelqu'un de nouveau dans les établissements à livrer, ils se permettent de tout vous ballancer de vang les ascenceurs, et de repartir sa's rien dire, ils viennent juste exiger leur coup de tampon. Ils ne comprennent toujours pas que les veilleurs de nuit se trouve dans les locaux des petits déjeuners tÎt le matin, pour préparer les salles. Ils se mettent à frapper comme des dingues aux portes et aux baies vitrées des hÎtels à peine aprÚs avoir sonner. Ils ne comprennent pas qu'il faut trente secondes entre le moment où ils sonnent, et où le veilleur arrive. Les livreurs sont tous aigris, de mauvaise volonté. Ils ne cesse de souffle exprÚs pour manifester leur aigreur au travail. Quand c'est une femme, c'est encore pire... Ils n'ont aucune conscience du travail professionnelle, et se m'ont grossiers et agressif... C'est honteux...

Le 10 juin, jâai commandé 12,5 litres de primaire Zinsser chez Champion-Direct à Guérande. Nous sommes le 16 juillet â plus de cinq semaines plus tard â et je nâai toujours rien reçu. Le service client affirme que le transporteur a tenté une livraison et mâa appelé. Ce jour-là , seule mon épouse mâa contacté. Il est légitime de se demander si le produit a jamais été expédié. Lors de notre appel pour demander une relivraison, la seule réponse a été : « aprÚs le 15 juillet ». Aucun numéro de suivi, aucun courriel de confirmation, aucun suivi spontané de leur part. Toutes les démarches ont été initiées par nous. Le pire Nous avons été criés dessus, méprisés, humiliés, même par le responsable du magasin. Lorsque nous avons demandé des informations de base sur notre commande, la réponse a été : « Le client est roi⊠mais avec des limites. » Apparemment, ces « limites » incluent le droit de recevoir sa commande ou dâêtre traité avec respect. Nous avons dépensé plusieurs centaines dâeuros et attendu plus dâun mois, sans livraison, sans solution, et sans considération. ð Nâachetez surtout pas en ligne chez Champion-Direct Guérande. Câest une entreprise désorganisée, qui méprise ses clients et refuse toute responsabilité. Une des pires expériences dâachat de ces derniÚres années.
Ils ont également parcouru les sites où j'ai laissé des avis et y ont publié des réponses trompeuses, voire carrément malhonnêtes, qui ne mentionnent pas l'impolitesse de leurs employés (qui ont crié sur ma femme et raccroché lorsque nous avons demandé un numéro de suivi) et divulguent des informations personnelles concernant ma commande.

Le racisme que jâai subi en France, particuliÚrement de la part de certains étrangers naturalisés, mâa profondément blessé et mâa fait perdre toute estime pour le mot âFrançaisâ.
Pendant quatre ans, jâai travaillé, respecté la loi, les individus, et payé mes impÃŽts. Et malgré cela, la France mâa donné une Obligation de Quitter le Territoire Français (OQTF). Jâai obéi. Et pourtant, en quittant la France depuis Metz, des agents de la SNCF mâont fait descendre dans une gare isolée en pleine forêt, sans eau ni abri pendant neuf heures.
Je constate que certains profils reçoivent rapidement des titres de séjour, des logements et des aides, même quand leur comportement est contraire aux lois ou à la sécurité publique, tandis que dâautres comme moi, qui ont travaillé et contribué à la société, sont rejetés.
Je suis venu en France comme demandeur dâasile, non pas pour profiter du systÚme, mais parce que jâétais accablé de dettes suite à la crise du Covid. Et malgré mes efforts et mon respect des rÚgles, je suis expulsé.
Je nâaime pas lâEurope. Je nâaime pas le racisme et lâhypocrisie que jây ai rencontrés. Si on veut âréussirâ en France, il semble quâil faille être tout sauf honnête.
Quatre ans de travail dans le bâtiment, sans aucun problÚme, en espérant une régularisation⊠Et pourtant, on mâexpulse, tandis que dâautres, au passé criminel connu, obtiennent des papiers et des privilÚges.
Voilà ce que jâai vécu. Voilà lâinjustice que je ressens.

Apple France incompetence in delivering an order
I ordered several Apple items on the 4th of February from Apple France, with expedited delivery on the 6th of February. I have received part of the order except for a Studio display Nano, which has not yet been delivered yet (12 days since the order on top of paying for an expedited delivery) . I called Apple numerous times; I used online Apple support that the misinformation is leading as the screen had not been delivered, and their site says it was, which is fraud. They admitted the mistake and said it would be delivered on the 10th of February, but I still have not received it. Every time I call, they say they are addressing it, and nothing has happened yet

On october 10th 2024 we decided to purchase a mobile home from the company eu zone , we signed a contract with 40 % of the cost put down and the remainder to be payed after delivery, delivery was arranged and we could track the progress, we then started receiving messages saying we needed a certificate for them to cross the french border this was another 16.00 euros we obviously we said no but they said if you do not pay this they would not deliver the mobile home, so we reluctantly payed the money, soon after that we received more messages saying that a crucial cable had snapped and could not go any further so they yet again asked for more money which we refused, then the transport company messaged us asking for the money otherwise we could not have the mobile home, yet again we said NO, we asked them for photo evidence but we never received these, after several more messages we said NO again, so the transport company said they would take it back to eu zone, we then questioned this how can you take it back if it needs a new cable which they ignored, we then received another message saying we needed to pay more money to pay for another transport company to deliver, we again said no, and this is where we stand at the moment, so our advice is do not use these two companies they are scammers, in our search for mobile homes we have found that 99% of companies are scammers, they are being enabled by google and face book as this is where they advertise, so be warned.

Absolutely no Vegan options whatsoever, the people are rude if you ask for an alternative or to not include dairy in food or drink, not just as a vegan but also my son has had a severe intolerance to dairy since he was a baby - the French were very unhelpful and surprisingly confused at the idea. We survived on side salads! Would not recommend. We will not be returning.

I was confused since I had never asked for it, and even did not remember what is this all about, I searched and found out that in February 2021 when I registered on the Auchan magazine online shopping, this page popped out and I thought it is a part of registration and filled the form, not knowing that there is a monthly charge, I feel being tricked, I stopped it but already they have got 132 Euro out of my account, I asked for a reimbursement but still no news just be aware.
Family of 8 package tour to Paris!!
Just finished my family of 8 trip to Paris with france.com JOhn is wonderfull! he guided us each and everyday with every activities to do for a day through text, time and ticket to bring to museums etc. My family had a wonderful time, we got what we pay! package tour that is personalized by John and me was amazing , we didn't get lost and we enjoyed our time. I sure recommend John to do a package tour. for any group! I would do it again!!!

We are left on our own and there is no office in France for us to call. We were promised hop on bus tickets but didn't receive it. We were not picked up in the train station in paris and had to pay for our rides from our hotels in nice and avignon to the train station. So far, we have not received our voucher for the Louvre and don't know if we will have a transfer at the end of our tour to the train station. Stressed out and not enjoying our vacation. Thank God they did okay with our hotels.

I came to France looking for a good time with my husband and kids, that's exactly what i ended up getting. France is such a culturally diverse place where you can absolutely enjoy many things with your family or even yourself. The Eiffel Tower tourism place was amazing and the Park was astonishing. Definitely reconsidering going over the summer with my whole family again!
trip bus city tour + boat tour
the staff in the office when i collected my voucher was kind. The 1st part of the tour,on the bus,was very essential,but good. The guide on the coach was nice. It was a quick overview of Paris,good and useful to have a general sightseeing.
The 2nd part,on the boat was not so nice,first of all the crew not kind,they obligate people standing on the entrance to force a smile to take a picture,without approval. No hearphones,but an old kind of device,which was uncomfortable. The boat itself also not very pleasant.
Over-priced
It was nice to skip the lines at the Moulin Rouge and have seats towards the front, but other than that there were no perks to reserving through this company.
I knew that it was more expensive than booking on my own, but I wanted the security of a ride home late at night and decided to go through this company. First of all, the tickets are cheaper if you buy them at the Moulin Rouge, and the river cruises are as cheap as 7 to 14 euro.
What was irritating was how much TIME everything took. I am ok with taking my time and relaxing--but there was no need for this tour to be as long as it was. We waited around after the cruise for a half hour to "eat," but I though it would be a better use of time to move on to another nearby tourist destination--like the Arc du Triumph. Paris is not that big of a city, and all that extra time spent driving between locations/waiting was not necessary if only to pad the time and make you feel like you go your money's worth.
The show was good though.
