We regret the inconvenience caused by our team side and haven't responded to you on time.

We saw that you ask for a refund and our team member informed you via email that the 50% refund will be done.

So as we go through your emails and you did receive an appointment for 25th Feb, so as per the term and conditions the refund cannot be processed in any condition.

And while filling up the form online and making the payment you must tick mark on "I Agree to Terms Of Agreement" without that payment cannot be processed.

Now on this stage, we can only offer you another appointment in the future for free but the refund will not be possible.

Worst worst service, all fraud n bogus people. Never ever believe them.

SCAN SCAM SACM! They are the Fake page of the official website of French embassy, they try to make the site look like the original website but they are not! They still your money and never provide any service, avoid at all cost!

Do not expect them to help you with application if your case is not straight. Do not expect that they will speed up application processing in the consulate and so on.
But they can relly help to get an express appointment at TLSContact when you are desperate to get it on time.
I was applying on the first week of December. The earliest time for the appointment which I was able to get via standard process was 13 January while my trip was on 20th of December. These guys promised to get me in the same week and managed to get an appointment on the 4th of December. Got my visa on time for the trip. Communication was got throughout the process.

I applied france schengen visa from them for family of 4 in total GPB276. The payment was made through paypal but luckily I had 0 balance on Paypal so the payment was made in eCheque(which normally deposits in 7 days). The Franceschengenvisa.co.uk contacted regarding to the eCheque payment and said that they only accept direct payment and asked me to do so and they had already refund/reject my eCheque payment. According to my Paypal experiments, echeque cannot be rejected by sender&receiver&paypal. The only way to cancel a pending eCheque is to call your bank to cancel paypal direct debit. From this point I just realised how stupid I was. Luckily didnt let them have my money.

To all who have the same situation, it is impossible for any visa agents to get you a next day appointment when the offical system only have availability three or four week ahead.

Beware of this company it’s a scam!!!
Just a week ago we booked an appointment to apply for a visa toFrance, we thought it was a reliable company but we were wrong!
They charged £69 for premium service and told us that they are booking the appointment but they didn’t get back to us and it’s been over a week! There communication is rubbish! And when I called them they could hardly understand English and kept saying give us more time as there are no appointments till January 10th but bare in mind we paid for a premium service! It’s a total fake and I will be taking this further! They have ruined our trip to Paris and Disney land! And most of all ruined our Time , Bloody piers and frauds!!!

Seriously scam scam scam website! Never be fooled by them. I was waiting for a week for my appointment date but there is no update at all! Once I asked for refund, they said they can refund only 50 percent.

As I paid via PayPal, I've requested and made a dispute case to PayPal. This company claimed that I need to contact to Paypal first, otherwise they can't refund my money. So, I contacted Paypal and they suggested me that if I close the case, I can't make a dispute again! It means that this company try to make me fool again. I believe that if I close the case, they will never ever refund my money and I cannot do anything after that.

Moreover, this company is not in London. They pay a monthly virtual company to get a London address. They're in Jaipur, India. They don't even register as a company in the UK. Don't pay for any services from this company because you'll never receive your service!! It's totally scam!

One of the best service providers for France Visa we were struggling to get the appointment however their team helped us get an express appointment and with that we were easily be able to get the visa and then travel for Hallowen

Just got scammed from them. This is ridiculous. Lost £69 pounds. My story is no different from the ones mentioned here. Feeling stupid for not having made better judgement. Figuring out how I can track down this *****s.

SCAM Company. Stay far far away from them. They make their website so real and it comes top of the Schengen Visa application search. I booked through them but never received a confirmation. I emailed them to cancel but they have automated messages coming up saying its not possible, no refund etc. They don't answer the phone call. Also, even though I said several times to cancel the application, they booked an inconvenient date and time of appointment anyway and refused to give your log-in credentials to reschedule yourself! As someone advised here, I have to call TLS to delete the account that created on my behalf so that I can later apply myself. I wish I researched on them before I paid full £69 which is now gone! This company should be reported FRAUD!

Please please please avoid this company like the plague! They prey on desperate people who need visas fast and then don't provide the service or refund the money. You select a time and date from a huge list before making the payment leading you to believe you have got that appointment but then it transpires this is just a selection and not confirmed. They then keep you waiting and waiting for weeks on end before giving you an appointment at an inconvenient time and date (which for me was actually after my flight!). Their phone number is a sham which they never pick up and they are extremely unprofessional by email. AVOID AVOID AVOID
