This is a total waste.They just took 1 month of my time, dragging .....dragging....and finally 2 days before the date they told me its not working please reschedule your travel because of which I lost 150 pounds. They are also refunding me only 50% of the money I paid them without offering any service. When I asked about it, they just asked me to see terms 11th point on their website. These ppl are doing planned daylight robbery. Dont use their site ever.

BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE AT ALL. They led me to believe they'll be able to get me my visa appointment in time, I was in a bit of a rush so fell for the lies they sold. I did not get my appointment in time and have not received my refund. Absolutely shambolic customer service. Pretty sure the customer reviews on their website are written by themselves, shame on the people who work for this company. Please find an another company, do not use them even if you are desperate.

Sounds like a broken record but this lot is just a bunch of FRAUDSTERS. They will give you false appointment dates and will extort 50% when you ask for a refund. Had a very bad experience with these people after trying to get a next day appointment slot which was available as per their website. No confirmation was received via email as per their web page. Disappointingly, after a series of emails going back and forth they confirmed they were not able to arrange an appointment for the slot. Yesh their contact professes ignorance each time he takes the phone and will not allow you to speak to a ‘manager’ . The guy will do everything to frustrate you. Cutting the long story short- please stay away from these people.TLS also refer to them as Fraudulent Agents.

I was trying to find an appointment through TLS and I couldn't get any of them before my intended travelling date then I ended up in these scammers. When I called them they offer me a 100 % appointment before my travel date and asked me to complete their application form. Then I waited for many days and when ever I tried to contact them they either hang up the phone or does not respond.Later I send E-mails and they responded with some date with confirmed appointments which they later changed.
After 14 day of no action I began to realise that they got my money and I am not gonna get any visa. Unfortunately by this time I had booked my Eurostar ticket for my family worth over £400.
Now I am in the process of getting a refund /compensation and I am trying to notify this daylight robbery to french Embassy and Necessary authoriteis
Any way my advise to fellow travellers are

These are SCAMMERS who first get your money and then keep promising you that they will book the visa appointment asap. For me, it lasted 3 weeks and I missed all the visa application deadlines, but they still haven't booked anything. After I asked for a refund they said they can only send back 50% of the payment. This is how they get the money. If you would like to book an express appointment you should contact the official TLS website and ask them for a list of accredited companies which can really do that.

Totally fraud! They just charge me for 49 pounds and book the appointment which made myself can't book online. And never send me the appointment letter.

This website is built to fool people into thinking that this is the site for schedulling visa appointments. I don’t know why they are still able to operate.

Somehow ended up on their site to get an appointment and noticed they were charging a hefty amount to book a service that should be totally free.

I’ve reported this site to trade practice and writing this review as well to help people avoid getting fooled by their service.

What I have to say is pretty much the same as everyone else around here. They rip you off. Do not trust them.

I made a booking in February this year on their website and after making the payment of £49, I immediately felt something was off and then I found these reviews shortly after.
Just like I expected, the scammer used my information to register on the TLScontact website on my behalf (which I could've done myself without paying anything) and because of that, I was unable to make a booking myself on the TLScontact website because my passport number was already registered there (by the scammer).
I then called TLScontact and asked them to remove my information which the scammer used to register on TLScontact on my behalf, so I became able to make a booking by myself on the official TLScontact.
I did eventually get a visa on time without missing my trip. All I lost was the £49 and now I only wish my information held by them does not leak to the wrong hands.

If you happen to fall victim to this fraud, here's what you do:
Call the TLScontact and request a call-back following the voiced instruction. They will then call you usually on the next day. Tell the staff what happened and ask them to remove your information on their system. Bam! Now you can to make a booking on the official TLScontact website yourself.

They are just fake. Please read reviews before applying. They will never make an appointment for you and keep telling you to wait.

This company is worse than plague. They are a fraud and liars.

Once you paid for the appointment then no appointment and no refund at all, and then when you call them they gonna tell you that you used wrong web-site for payments. FRAUDSTERS! DON'T USE BOTH WEB-SITES. YOU GONNA LOSE YOUR TIME and MONEY!

Also I found out that TLScontact call them fraudsters. And the boss of the company is in India and the company franceschengenvisa is illegally operated in the UK coz their is not such company at all. They use another company register (9717774) but it's not their. (CHECK WITH HOUSE OF COMPANY beta.companieshouse.gov.uk)
They're just making money. AVOID THEM! AND MAKE YOUR COMPLAIN to FOS IMMEDIATELY.

Similar to other customer I had same experience, they are a fraud and scamming customer of their money, I first made an enquire for Schengen visa on MARCH 8TH I was told I can get an appointment the next day or Wednesday with French embassy, as I was urgently needing to sort my visa for my travel on bank holiday weekend I accepted to pay for express service charge of £69 per person. While I was still filling the form choosing Wednesday as preferred day for visa appointment on franceschengenvisa site I was sent email from franceschengenvisa that an appointment was booked for me with the embassy and I had to pay £69 per person (this was before I had submitted my form or acknowledgement to make the booking). Soon after payment was made my calls were not answered nor my emails were acknowledged, I received an email from the company on Wednesday after repeated emails and calls that they will try and book an appointment for Friday or Monday even though I was told I could get appointment in 2 days. I have been trying to get hold of them for 2 days now, have sent them several emails asking for update and also that I don't want to proceed using their service which they do not provide any right update. Finally got hold of Yesh (I believe they use 3 common name Roger/Paul/Yesh and speak with all customer irrespective of who is answering the phone) who confirmed I will get my refund back in 2 days and email will be sent in 2 hours but after 7 hours I have not got any update from their refund team and also now I am not able to make a booking on TLSconnect because these guys have used my passport to on their site and it now doesn't allow me to make a booking.
I GOT MY MONEY BACK THROUGH MY BANK, I HAVE CALLED AND INFORMED ABOUT MY SITUATION, THEY REFUNDED ME. LUCKLY THANKS TO THE NATWEST BANK.

PLEASE COMPLAIN AS A FRAUD WEBSITE.

I honestly can't understand how this company is allowed to continue trading when we have all had the same experiences.

These guys are fraudulent, there is nothing else to say about it. They will steal from you and not provide you with any service.

I had very bad experience on this company too as others had. Unfortunately I didn't check their credibility before asking them for Schengen Visa and paid them their fees of £49. I asked them to arrange visa appointment date a week before and until a day before the appointment day, they still haven't sent appointment confirmation. I called them their office many times, but the guy over the phone only able to answer me to wait. I asked him to put me through the manager and he refused. I am still waiting for the appointment confirmation from them.

franceschengenvisas.co.uk are "FRAUDSTERS"

When you enter your details just to check the availability (which is false), they take your details to block the registration slot and hold it until you forcefully make the payments.
When you contact them to cancel the registration they made without your consent, they ask you to pay cancellation charges of £20. They don't mention anything regarding cancellation charges anywhere on their website.
On top of all of this, when you call and check with TLScontact(Official outsourced French Visa Centre), they tell you that this is a fraudulent site which blocks registrations with help of passport and other details to fraudulently charge money.

Failed to book appointment but refuse to refund the payment. TOTALLY fraud.

They are complete Fraud, don't use them and you will only lose £49 per application.
We filled up our details on franceschengenvisa and we didn't even book an appointment, and we receive an email asking for £49 for handling fees. When I asked to cancel my application, they asked for £25 to cancel the application. I would advise to use TLSContact website and save £49 per application.
TLSContact website helps you without charging additional £49 handeling fees and all the information and help is already available on TLSContact website.
What Franceshcengenvisa should have actually done is, give a caution/warning before saving an application that "your application cannot be reverted unless you pay £25 cancellation Fees". FYI... there is no indication at all that applicant is going to save the information. It's clearly an unethical tactic, purposely not providing enough information before a use proceeds with filling up application.

Have just made a formal complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service and reported this company to Action Fraud UK. Appears to be a total scam.

Very similar experience to the poster below. Someone called Yesh, or a colleague will guarantee they can get you a fastracked appointment.

They will take your money and long after the time you could have gotten by booking direct with the embassy - You will have no appointment for him.

When you ask your money back you will be ignored and told to be patient.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS.
They should be charged with fraud.

This company is shady at best. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I spoke to Yesh, as this company had promised my son that they would get him a fastracked appointment. My son paid them for this and a week before he was due to fly, they still had not got an appointment for him. I asked for his money back, Yesh ignored me and continued interacting with my son, telling him that he must be patient etc. They emailed with an appointment date the day before my son was due to fly, needless to say, he never got on the plane, as it takes at least a week to receive your visa. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS.
