Perfect service. Thanks.

Easy to order the goods on line and the delivery / drop off instructions were followed perfectly

Excellent service and delivery @ west Bridgford branch. It's a pleasure to hire from these guys.

The only place to purchase Plumbing & building products. Always a friendly knowledgeable member of staff on duty. Anthony - Rob - Simon -Raj.
Special thanks to Raj for returning my lost Mobile phone.

34 packs of bricks delivered to site , excellent service from Mark as always nothing too much trouble .

Fantastic service again from Frank Key. Two deliveries in a week, first Ian, then Mark, both were extremely helpful, went out of their way to place the drop off exactly where I wanted it and gave helpful advice. Also Lee at Patio World was brilliant, showed me pictures of how to lay a patio and got me to take a photo. Just really lovely people and a pleasure to do business with. Thank you.

As expected ,good delivery

Great delivery driver who was very helpful and pleasant, true credit to the company

Sorry the paperwork was binned, However it was a Bulwell driver delivering to Calverton @ 8:30 this morning

Kept me informed on delivery driver courteous and placed goods exactly where needed

Even though an item was missing from the delivery, the driver went above and beyond to replace.

Excellent service. Knowledgeable advice. Always pleased with the whole operation.

RE-scheduled delivery; very helpful at depot and also driver

Arrived on time, driver was lovely and very helpful.

We used Frank Key Daybrook for our bathroom at our previous home so knew that once moving to our new house we'd want to go back, which we did! We dealt with Melanie who has been amazing since the start, she had a very thorough appointment with us where we went through every detail of what we wanted in our new bathroom. We placed the order and have since been back to order new flooring for our kitchen and hallway, a kitchen sink and tap and also a radiator which David helped me with it all. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they are more than happy to try and get the best possible price for us which is always appreciated! 5* service from David and Melanie and I wouldn't hesitate to come back or recommend to people we know, they've been superb!! Thank you

Good availability of products, and delivered on time. I just have one suggestion on the website - don't empty my basket after I pause my selection - I like to add stuff to the basket throughout the day but it empties after only 60 minutes!

The customer service was excellent. The hire product was delivered and collected as planned.

Went in Frank Keys to look at their kitchen taps and ended up buying the complete kitchen.
Ben was excellent through out advised and measured up for the units and also the worktops.
He actually visited our home while the fitter was fitting just to check everything was ok.
The cost of the kitchen was comparable to the one we were going to purchase from Howdens and actually according to our fitter was of better construction.
We had one sleight problem with a unit but Ben arranged for it to be changed within 48 hours.
Great service from start to finish.

Great delivery driver very polite and helpful and a great price on gear

All good , delivered early morning VG
