I have tried to order twice. Both times order canceled after payment processed. Had to call repeatedly to get refund first time. Second time same issue. NEVER AGAIN!

Frank's is the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i had never been there before, I drove all the way from Brooklyn, and I will definitely go back—I don't care how far it is! The people are the nicest, the selection is incredible, and the place has the BEST VIBE! GET TO FRANK'S!!!!!!!

I had ordered a hat that they said was available and a couple days later after I was charged they emailed me that items wasn’t in stock, They did refund my money but I search the internet for the same hat and they still had it available on there site Even though they don’t have it, they should update there inventory before charging someone for an item and wasting people’s time

Frank's knows what Customer service is all about . I wanted to order a hat , but due to certain conditions it looked like I might've had to go down to visit the storefront in order to get it , after an email with some identification sent down they were able to save me a trip down. The hat is really good quality, embroidered perfectly and looks great . Thank you Frank's
