Robert made our move to Hendon seamless and was very helpful throughout the process. He guided us at all points and was always available and answer our questions. Highly recommended !!

Excellent experience finding my new flat
Throughout my renting process, Robert Bizgan was incredibly communicative. I had an excellent experience finding my new flat. He promptly answered calls and emails, keeping me informed about everything. From my application and followed up on all maintenance issues immediately after I moved in.

We had a very positive experience working with Robert as our property agent. From start to finish, he was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. He was always available whenever we had questions or concerns, and made sure everything was handled smoothly.
Robert took the time to listen and made sure any issues we had were addressed quickly and efficiently, which made the whole process much less stressful for us.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and we’re truly grateful for all his help. I would highly recommend Robert and an agency to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive property agent.

The best estate agent I ever met, Robert Bizgan
Robert Bizgan contacted me from 24th Feb 2026 concerned my property of Flat 20, Warneford Court. He compiles a comprehensive and excellent logistics from inspection, suggestions of renovation and choosing an appropriate tenant. I appreciate him so much for his excellent advice.

Exceptionally good and reliable…
Exceptionally good and reliable service. Robert went above and beyond what I was reasonably expecting.
He was realistic and honest about how long it was likely to take and what the rent would be.
He actually got me a very good professional tenant within a week, just before Christmas!, which is incredible.
He was open about what fees they charge and the associated service. No pressure sales at all.
Robert also helped me quickly get a reliable trades person to carry out required repairs and liaised with the tradesman on my behalf at no additional cost
I would definitely recommend them and use them again myself when i need to.

Best Estate Agents in Town!!!
I have worked alongside Fraser and Co for many years now and I can highly recommend their services. Rob Bizgan, Yarina and Sam El Jani are nothing but professional Estate Agents and carry out their duties with the utmost integrity and treat every customer with 100% care and considerstion. Satisfied and Happy with Iarina and Fraser team...
I have been coordinating with Iarina over the last few weeks for renting. She has been extremely cooperative and helpful, patient and responsive. She arranged viewing at convenient times and has accomodated all of our requests. Completely satisfied with the experience from viewing to moving in. Easy process and last minute viewing
