Can’t refund even after a good reason don’t use if in USA will be charged 123 dollars if using PayPal
I got the free trial i use Google Chrome which for some reason it won’t let me login on so I’m like ok forgot about it Friday at 6:30pm est(I like in the USA)I see PayPal charged me 99 euros which in usd was 123 after trying I was able to login in Firefox so I was able to login I did check trust pilot to see if it was possible to get a refund people were able to get one so I was like ok I made a mistake for not canceling in time but I didn’t get a reminder your free trial is ending soon I would’ve probably not gotten charged if I was reminded I even told them I couldn’t login but all they said was disable your antivirus but I did still wasn’t able to login during the free trial period I wasn’t aware of the fact Google Chrome doesn’t work with their site I was able to login using Firefox they also said I was unable to get a refund so yah I’m pissed

Hello, we are really sorry, that you have forgotten to cancel your subscription, as you write. As to create the account, also the cancellation happens in CET (Central European Time Zone), so your time to cancel it due in time, was not shortened. You do not even have to log in to cancel on the website or you can send us simply an e-mail with the cancellation.
We are sure your account has been already cancelled to the next possible date and won't be renewed again.
