This platform isvery helpful to all growing upi business

Das man sich schnell und kompliziert ein eigenes Logo zusammenstellen kann finde ich prima.
Das das Logo unterm Strich dann doch für Geld erworben werden kann, ist für mich in Ordnung, da die Betreiber auch Geld investieren und die Plattform sowie die angebotenen Dateien zur Verfügung stellen.

Warum ich dem Format allerdings nur einen Stern mitgebe ist Folgender:
Nachdem ich mir ein Logo erstellt und erworben habe, musste ich feststellen das die Hintergrundfarbe des Downloads (für den ich Geld gezahlt habe) nicht mit der von mir ausgewählten Farbe übereinstimmt. Ich habe sofort den Support angeschrieben. Leider ohne Erfolg. Auch eine zweite E-Mail von mir hat sich bis heute keiner gemeldet.
Leider werde ich somit den PayPal Käuferschutz in Anspruch nehmen müssen, da ich eine Leistung erhalten habe, die nicht meinen Erwartungen entspricht und sich zudem Kein Mitarbeiter der Firma dafür zu interessieren scheint.

Schade, ich hätte gerne mehr Sterne vergeben.

Edit: Stand 30.07.24 - Ich habe mich nochmals an Free Logo Design gewendet (über PayPal, dem unteren Link, sowie über Trustpilot selbst) leider bis zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt immernoch keine Rückmeldung. Schade, wie kann das sein?

Der Kundenservice ist mit mir in Kontakt getreten und hat mir die überarbeiteten Datein übermittelt.
Daher habe ich meine Bewertung angepasst.

Klare Empfehlung: Ich habe zwei verschiedene Logos für Blogs kostenlos erstellt. Benutzerfreundlichkeit, schöne Grafik-Vorlagen vorhanden, Optionen individuell einstellbar (Schrift, Farbe, Größe, Umrandung, die Farbe der Grafik) Was will man/frau/div mehr? 5 Sterne für den Editor FreeLogoDesign

Terrible Terrible! I brought a premium package for my logo. I thought I had been given everything until I tried to upload to my Website and it too small! now they are trying charge to make the font bigger. Why was this not part of the design process. No one answers emails I've sent 5!!

Advertising for it to be free when it is not is bad practice. Maybe the product is good (if you pay) I do not know, but false advertisement is unprofessional and scam-like.

For Free ist hier nichts. Teuer ist es! Viel zu teuer... So eine abzocke

Its not free. The only thing that is free is a tiny logo with only 200x200 pixels. If you start with lying in your name, why trust the rest?

Laurie was professional, really listened to what I was looking for in a logo. Start to finish the process was quick and efficient. I loved that I had multiple iterations before receiving the final logo. I highly recommend Free Logo Design!

It is not free, just a waste of time.

F#$* YOU! They scam you by making you believe there are cheaper packages, however it ONLY works on their most expensive pack! The website is a complete con! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!

Not really free, their name is misleading. If this was clearly communicated I wouldn't have wasted my time creating the logo on this website at all. I spent time designing a logo thinking it's free, but in the end they only offered a low resolution download of my logo for free. Even for this, you can't just download the free low res version, they ask for you email. So even for the free version you still pay them with your email address. You can only imagine in this day and age how giving your email address to a random online website is not the smartest idea.

I had a great experience with this site. Laurie helped me work out a design, and was very helpful and responsive when I changed my mind. Great service.

Don’t use this site. They don’t have a customer service.. I tried emailing them because after I purchased a logo their system kept trying to charge me even though I bought their $75 package. I finally stopped emailing them, and paid someone to create a high resolution logo for half the price. The company is too expensive and you can’t contact them. They have an email, but they will never reply to you. It’s pointless trying to get any support from them. Use Fiverr to create any logos, they have amazing freelancers there that can do it for $10 instead of $75

I used the free service in the past but this time we paid for Laurie to help us with the design.
