Always use this Company for travel insurance as I have a few medical issues. Staff always helpful.

They are a very professional knowledge friendly and trustworthy Co to deal with I have used them several times before always very happy with there service.

Very helpful advice; but sometimes taking a long time to answer the telephone and being cut off.

Questions too restrictive and allowance not made for the fact that medication now minimal and only used for reassurance and to keep me well

The insurance met my needs at a reasonable cost.
My main criticism is the Policy Document was quite hard to find my way around to check the product covered what I wanted. It could be made much more user friendly rather than being so legalise. It is compounded by the blue font that is hardly legible.

Have used the company for the last 6 cruises and have found their service and staff to be of a very high standard.

Neil was particularly helpful with us and exercised great patience when helping us to complete our medical information. He also did his best to give the insurance that we needed and not the most expensive package on offer, thus over insuring us. He was always helpful and positive in his approach. We were very impressed.

After looking at online travel insurance and trying to tick boxes in order to explain various health issues, I was a bit confused.
I contacted Free Spirit Travel insurance as suggested by my friend Jon who works for them. I spoke to a very helpful human named Neil. It was a very good experience. I was able to explain some details about my health issues I was unsure about, which may affect my cover or a future claim. Neil went through the whole process and explained each step in detail.
The quote for me and my wife was exceptionally good value, which we accepted. I’m pleased we chose FST for our holiday insurance.

Friendly, yet professional call handlers. Good value cover compared to other providers. Also Unlike a lot of other providers they will cover you if you have a medical condition and with reasonable premiums.
