Hi Matt,
thank you for your positive feedback. Indeed there was a courier issue with your second order- but I'm glad we could resolve the matter and you were able to receive your goods successfully.
Look forward to seeing you back with us again soon.

Best regards,

Really happy with freestylextreme

Really happy with freestylextreme! Ordered a Osprey farpoint 80 bag on their website and I thought it was a good deal, one of the cheapest websites to purchase the bag online. After purchasing the bag I received an email where I could keep track of my order while it was in transit. The the order was shipped and it showed up at my door in a timely manner with no unexpected extra hidden fees, taxes or import duties. Shipping was also free because my order was over $100. Thank you freestylextreme!

I was not emailed a copy of my invoice

I was not emailed a copy of my invoice which meant I had to email twice for information on my order. I was shocked at the amount I had to pay to pick up my package. When I purchased the product I was informed at the checkout I would have to pay local tax, I assumed 18%, so when it was $80 I was less than impressed. Perhaps you could offer an estimate of what has to be paid. I wouldn't have ordered these shoes if I'd known the cost involved.

Hi Shawna,
Thanks for your review, all our emails are automated so the confirmation one with your order details possibly went to you spam/junk folder.
I am sorry we have no control over the charges imposed by Canadian Customs Agency but I would certainly question this charge as it does sound way too high, yes 18% is the norm plus a $10 admin fee from Canada Post, if you need any supporting documentation regarding your order please let us know.
We do have a Price Promise on our website so if you can find the shoes in the same currency on another website cheaper after the duty has been added we will refund you the difference :-

Best Place To Buy Shoes

I am in Canada and this is the only place I buy shoes from for my son and husband. You can't beat the prices and shipping is always fast. Highly recommend.

I haven't even broke them in yet

I haven't even broke them in yet, but so far so good. They are really comfortable and the size is perfect. These are probably the the best shoes for the money that I have ever purchased. I would and will recommend them to anyone. Thanks. Kenneth.

Fast delivery

This was the only site I found that had the backpack my son wanted. I had reservations because I wasn't sure how long delivery would take. There were excellent tracking updates, and no surprise costs upon arrival. Overall a positive experience, and I would recommend to everyone!

Easy

Easy, quick and great customer service, my only suggestion is maybe be open to throwing in Stickers or key chains into the boxes for advertising and everyone love free shwag and stickers. Just a thought
