I have always been very happy with the service that I have been given on Friday add and i will continue to stay with them They are very informative and helpful

Je considère cette entreprise comme peu fiable et je recommande fortement la prudence.

On vous promet un remboursement, on évoque des erreurs de carte bancaire ou des problèmes PayPal, mais au final les réponses sont floues et les remboursements n’arrivent jamais. Beaucoup de promesses, très peu d’actions concrètes.

Je me suis senti trompé et mal accompagné par le service client.
Ne tombez pas dans ce piège et vérifiez bien avant de payer quoi que ce soit.

Reported 2 advertisers to Friday Ad , had a reply thanking me and today I notice the 2 advertisers are no longer there, well done Friday Ad

Easy to use to create advert, but I up- graded to a bold package and it took over a day to get my ad verified so I lost an important sale reading day over the weekend ie a time most people spend searching. They should not accept payments instantly and then not verify the advert in the same timescale.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with an online classifieds site. Friday Ad is run by amateurs. Their website barely works — full of bugs, constantly crashing, and incredibly outdated.

I paid to publish an ad, and guess what? It was never published. No explanation, no refund, no communication whatsoever. It’s like sending your money into a black hole.

Customer service? Doesn’t exist. No phone number, no real support — just silence.

This is not a functioning business. It’s a cash grab, plain and simple.

Avoid this platform by any means necessary. Total waste of time and money.

Have advertised on this platform for a while, but sadly notided the decline in the service, multiple issues apearing with various sections of their system.
last week I placed another advert and waited due it being under review, something that normaly takes an hour at most, No not this time, after 2 days it was till not posted, so I attempted to contact someone, I don't remember how many times I tried to call, chat, message without success, untill i found an email address, I thought great when I received a reply, sadly it didnt go well, Mehroz came up with an excuse, I aske dfor a refund, but that did'nt go well, I got offered 2 days extra as a goodwill gesture, but it still expired after 6 days, not so much good will.
It appears that Mehroz may be working from out of the country, a country starting with P I believe, That's usually fine, but at least have an understanding of gestures when offering them etc.
I received emails from this Mehroz on one email address, but only receive replies to those if i reply
to a different one ???.
Anyway Paypal have agreed with me their service is not for purpose so are refunding me.
Ps today I received a text offering me 50%my advert, I'd rather have all the advert thanks, this coming from the fastest growing site, if thats so why offer discounts,
PPS, after trying to delete my info and account, I called and it appears the whole office at brighton is run by this guy Mehroz, we argued and eventualy he agreed to suspend my account, so we argued again and he finally seemed to understand what delete meant, so maybe it's been done who knows??, i'll send an FOI request and see.
It feels good to be almost at the finish line.

So after years over 20 years of paying for Business adverts when it was the paper version, they would do all our headed paper too..Now since it became online only it slowly got worse..you have to sift threw the google ads coming in front of the whole site. How off putting you be for people browsing..you can't even browse let alone post items anymore ..waste of space it has become.

During Christmas holidays I posted ad to sell my car I have issues with photos. I contacted support team through live chat support they fixed the issue my car sold in 7 days. Thanks Friday ads

Don’t give them your phone number because they pass it on to third parties without your permission.

These people are criminals who take your money without providing the service you pay for

Sent money to be told they hadn’t received. Bank confirmed later that day it had been received and after some difficult questions, they went silent - despite telling me they’d sort a refund. Biggest bunch of scammers about rn. Don’t even bother, big stress and a huge waste of time

Complete cons do not use this company for anything when they don’t like the question they ignore you they take payments without providing the service just a big con NEVER do business with them if you do you will regret it

Had a problem with the image download and the guy in live chat sorted it quickly

I advertised an item for sale. I had no response whatsoever except for people responding saying they wanted the item providing I gave them my details first then I would pay me then I would come and collect it. It was all scams I had nobody genuinely interested
