I returned all 4 items in one parcel, but the company claims they only received 3. I did not keep the missing item. I replied to their email immediately, but they have ignored my response and I am still waiting for my refund. Very disappointing customer service. I hope this issue will finally be resolved.

I purchased a £150 jacket in December 2025. After a failed delivery attempt in March 2026 the jacket was sent back to delivery depot and redelivery was attempted in May 2026. I did not receive the parcel or the item and when I contacted the company, after three ignored emails and one direct message which they deleted, i was sent proof of delivery in the form of a photograph of the parcel outside my closed locked door. This is not proof of delivery, I have not received my item and I have not received any money back.

If your from the UK and want to spend £130 for customs charge from a rip off company then go ahead.

I personally didn’t want to spend £130 when my order was over £250 for 2 sets. Email them multiple times asking for a refund. More of a chance getting a response back from god than them.

Been over 2 months (6 months since purchased) still no responses.

This was the worst shopping experience I have ever had, along with the worst customer service and communication I’ve ever experienced.
They shipped my order several months after I placed it. Then the package was never delivered. It got lost, and they did not care or make any effort to help find it.

They refused to refund my order and eventually stopped responding to my messages entirely.

Very friendly support. They helped me with the process. Can definitely recommend

I was waiting very long for my tracksuit, but it was also a new piece and pre ordered it. I always got informed about the status of the order. When the tracksuit arrive i was very happy, its so cool. But the pants were broken. It got replaced immediately! I also could keep the other pants. 5 stars for the service and cool track suit.

Leveringstid på ca. 3 måneder, masser af undskyldninger og bortforklaringer. Fik kode til rabat på næste ordre, som om jeg nogensinde køber noget fra dem!!!!👎🏻

I can say that I’m very happy with the products that i bought from FRIED. The quality is good the material seems really nice at touch and also resistant. If u want something different to wear and comfortable i really recommend it!!! Good job guys and thanks alot!!!

The longest wait of my life ~16 weeks

I waited just over 3 months for this jacket. All I can say is it was SO worth the wait. Everything is sealed watertight and you can tell the material and methods used to make the jacket are absolutely insane. I’d actually say this jacket is worth more than what I bought it for. The literal ONLY downside was the shipping time but all products are handmade and the company are working to reduce this by moving forward by selling items in drops rather than to pre order. I would 10000% buy from here again. Cannot recommend this company enough.

I ordered a tracksuit from Fried Skateboarding and, during the long wait, I honestly started to worry that I had been scammed. It took about six months to arrive, and I received multiple messages saying my order was submitted for delivery without anything actually happening for quite a while. In the end, I had to reach out myself to get more information.

That said, when the tracksuit finally arrived, I was genuinely impressed. The quality is very good, the fit is great, and overall I’m really happy with the product.

I do think there’s room for improvement when it comes to communication. I completely understand the challenges of running a small business (I’m in the process of starting one myself), but keeping customers informed is essential. Even something as simple as an honest update on Instagram would go a long way. People appreciate transparency, and it reflects well on the character of the company.

Die Lieferzeit war echt etwas nervig aber jede meiner mails wurde schnell und super freundlich beantwortet. Heute kam der hoodie an und die Qualität ist sehr gut. Mein Sohn liebt ihn auch, also alles in allem super. Ich werde wieder bestellen und mich einfach auf eine längere Lieferzeit vorbereiten. Vielen Dank und bis bald!

I ordered in December, and the stated delivery time for the pre-production was around 8 weeks. By now, I’ve been waiting for over 5 months. I’ve contacted the sellers multiple times; they stated delays in production. The delivery was electronically announced about a week ago, but it still hasn’t been handed over to DHL. I will wait a few more days, otherwise i will make a chargeback, to get my money back. And btw it was the official website not a fake one, just to clarify

Just got mine it’s not as heavy cotton as I thought its pretty light even is 30% polyester and the zipper is cheap as fack honestly. Also you can’t rock it without the balaclava also makes no sense that the hood is heavier than the whole hoodie. I am disappointed also took forever I ordered 15 Dezember 2025 it’s been over 4 month but gotta say it fits really good and looks good thought

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a jacket back in December and have now been waiting for over 3 months with no delivery.

There is barely any communication from this company. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times and either get no response or completely useless replies. I also can’t properly track my package, so I have no idea where it even is.

This is beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. At this point, it honestly feels like a scam.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from here. Save your money and go somewhere reliable instead.

I ordered their viral hoodie, when I found it on Insta. I just needed to have it. I first placed my order in the middle of January but I got it 3,5 months later…. I was afraid off being scammed, and often wanted updates from their team. But when I got it, it was totally worth the wait! Crazy good quality and size accurate. And I can’t forget about the design. Just a reminder to people who wants to order: Expect a long wait time not just the 8-9 weeks they say on their website:)

I was initially quite frustrated with how long the jacket took to arrive and reached out to the team multiple times during the wait. However, now that it’s here, I can honestly say it was worth it. The quality is amazing, it fits perfectly, and it’s a genuinely well-made jacket.

Although I wouldn’t choose to do a pre-order again due to the long wait, I would definitely order from you again based on the final product. I also want to apologise for my earlier frustration — I know I was quite annoyed at the time.
