Really concerned. Have purchased from this company once before and had no issues. Kept the item. However, I ordered a pair of pyjamas for a special gift a week ago. Needed for Sunday so paid for 24hr delivery. No sign of them a full week later. On tracking Parcel-force says they’re ’waiting for’ my order.
I have emailed twice and gone on the chat on the website (says ‘we’ll reply as soon as we can so clearly isn’t an actual ‘chat’ function) but received no response whatsoever.

Meanwhile I had to buy an alternative gift for Sunday, have no pyjamas to gift or indeed to return for refund and I am £66 down. Really unhappy.

I ordered three different jackets from this company for my daughter, we kept one and returned two. The jackets are lovely quality and I never thought I would encounter any issues. I emailed the company regarding returning the jackets and they emailed straight back with an address and a returns note to print and fill. I filled them out and returned the two jackets via Royal Mail. The jackets were returned last month. I have heard nothing back from the company. I have emailed four times asking about the returns and have had zero replies or refund. I am owed nearly £200 and will have to try and do a charge back with the bank to receive my money. Very disappointed in what I thought was a very reputable little business.
